We really enjoyed eating here. They have an amazing antipasto with a great number of dishes to choose from. We also had delicious main courses of fish cooked in a typically Sicilian way. The homemade puddings were excellent too. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

This restaurant will never disappoint you: The food is delicious, the service attentive, the price reasonable. It seems that it is quite popular among Japanese tourists and it's understandable.

I have never eaten such a genuine and delicious Sicilian food as I did in "Casa del brodo". Everything from the starters to the mains is full of taste, fresh and the quality of the ingredients is superb. You can try authentic old recipes like"Cacio all'argentiera" with its unbeatable smell and mix of flavours. I also had spaghetti with ricci... More

one of the oldest restaurants in Palermo, the antipasto bar was very large and delicious. The boiled beef and tongue in green (olives and capers) sauce, pasta with sardines and fennel were different and fabulous. The 7 layer chocolate cake was yummy.

This restaurant made me feel at home right away. As a woman who dines along frequently, I sometimes get cool greetings. The staff here gave me the warmest welcome, joked with me and made me feel like part of the family right away. The superior service continued throughout the entire meal. I felt a bit burnt out on fish so... More

I went to Casa del Brodo with my family last week. Knowing absolutely no Italian was not easy when it comes to ordering food!! We sat down and were struggling what to order when a waiter named FRANCESCO came and served us.. He welcomed me and my family with professional hospitable attitude and it just made you feel at home..... More

After arriving jetlagged in Palermo, my friend and I were pleasantly surprised by a small, typical Sicilian restaurant just footsteps from our hotel. Run by the same family for generations, the feeling was more like being invited to the home of a friendly family for a wonderful meal. No pretense- just good typical Sicilian food! The antipasto buffet was filled... More
