My wife and I were staying at the Hotel Europa, just around the corner and fancied some authentic Sicilian food. The staff spoke good English and understood my queries about Vegetarian food. The food and service was excellent.

we stumbled on the restaurant by mistake looking for another one. It is 2 minutes walk from our hotel The Mercure Excelsior. We had planned to visit a different restaurant every night of our 15 night stay but ended up using this for the last 8 it was fantastic, reasonably priced with fantastic food. Local Italians used it so you... More

If you want good food at a good price, look no further. Service was good with one of the best pizzas I have eaten. Plenty of topping. Wine was good as well. Will go back next time I am visiting.

We visited this eating place which was frequented by locals. We tried the food, we came again and hope to visit again. No fancy overheads, very helpful and friendly staff even though we were foreigners.

Many locals out there, menu only in italian but staff is so kind and helpfull that they explain you everything, even if they dont speak much english. Ate pizza bianca with light beer, was very tasty. Go there to feel local climate, as staff will make your time priceless.

If you like Italian food, this is definitely the right restaurant for you. Nothing special, but nice staff and good food for reasonable price.

Good pizza quality, although not the best one on the island. The service is average, wines are traditionally good. My advice is that you stay with pizza, salami or margarita as the rest of the menu is quite local and risky to surprise you... In anywise on of the places downtown you must stop by...:)

On a recent trip, we found our way to this delightful family-owned cafe. The food was excellent and plentiful, and the kindness and humor of the staff made the visit memorable. Everything is good, Pizzas are fresh, large & delicious! Thanks to Senor Piero, Miko and Georgia for a great, first dinner in beautiful Sicily!

Ate here a couple of times as it was handy for the Hilton. We ate outside the first time and inside the second as my wife got bitten by mosquitoes on her legs - we sat near the plants . The pizza was large, fresh, very tasty and good value for money (€ 7.0 +) and the wine was good... More

Pizza e cucina is a small, family-run business. The pizza is the best pizza I've found in Palermo (especially the Diavola). The staff are always friendly and it is great value for money.
