We ate here on our last holiday and as we'd had a very early morning flight, we wanted an early and light dinner so we went back. You can order a pizza from their huge menu or they have last trays of a variety of pizzas and you can have a square or two of those which we chose to do this time. We each had two squares and that was just right. Very generous with the toppings and a lovely base as well as a good price. You can take away which lots of locals were or sit outside at tables with bar stools and watch the world go by. Would highly recommend and would definitely have pizza here again if we are in Palermo.

I have eaten here several times and it rarely disappoints. The location - a spit from Quattro Canti - is unbeatable but the prices are far from tourist trap levels. There is a big range of pizzas to choose from, for eating on the street terrace or take away. Recommended.

In the center of the most interesting street in Palermo. Lined with artisan shops, street venders and countless cafes and restaurants, Timilia Grano di Sicily, serves up the best gluten free pizza pie i have ever had. I absolutely love pizza and bread. Having to go gluten free due to Celiac has made my love for carbs a challenge. I’m constantly searching out good, flavorful gluten free items. Not an easy task.
This is the second day in a row I’ve enjoyed these masterpieces. Yesterday i ate the entire pie! Today i enjoyed a modest half pie with the freshest most ingredients. Usually, if you can even find a place, they offer a few gluten free options. Timilia has an extensive and very unique menu including some with pistachio cream sauce of course. I wish i could send some home to my gluten intolerant friends and family.

The Pizza is not bad, but the experience is quite poor for the price. I went by myself. Asked for 2 slices of Pizza and a glass of wine and was charged €15. Afterwards I realized I was charged €6 for a glass of a mediocre wine and if you are unlucky enough to just find a spot outside to sit, people will come while you are eating to ask for money from you.
If you really want good Pizza, you should try Perciasacchi.

Let me start by saying that I have eaten at Timilia several times and I have never been so dissatisfied with the quality and treatment received. I was served a gluten free Romana pizza that was burnt underneath, which among other things also cost me €10, plus, as soon as I had swallowed the last bite the lady who was serving the tables told us to get up quickly because she had a long list of people to sit down, blurting out to his colleague that the Englishman understands that he has to get up, the Palermo man doesn't! We would have liked to have another slice of pizza but we didn't have the time. I highly recommend those responsible to better select the staff, because it is true that Timilia works a lot with tourists, but the people from Palermo are the ones who, if treated well, return and speak well of them with friends and acquaintances.

First and last time.
There are mistakes and it is understandable, but honesty is worth more than anything. And the customer who is walking around should not be taken.
When you forget something from the order, don't say "the pizza is arriving", rather say "sorry, there was an oversight, it's taking priority" (because in the meantime other pizzas were coming out while I was the only one of 6 people without it, there watching others eat dinner).
Half an hour later I ask again and they let me know that "the pizza is in the oven".
If they had told me things clearly the first time I asked I would have said to forget it since the others had already almost finished dinner. So much so that I asked to take her away.
Moreover, to "apologize" €3 discount which would make you laugh if you didn't have to cry😂
(The other euro discount is because they also got one of the pizzas they brought wrong... and no, there wasn't even any confusion).
All this surrounded by an attitude of total indifference on the part of the waitresses - despite the serious error that caused me a lot of inconvenience.
“Goodbye”… yes, goodbye and never again.

yesterday I ordered a pizza on Glovo at 8.40pm, a pizza that should have arrived by 9.10pm (as indicated on Glovo). starting at 9.10pm the arrival time begins to increase by 5 minutes until 9.50pm. I try to call the pizzeria to get some information but the number indicated by glovo is not enabled. after several minutes I manage to contact them through another number, they tell me that I don't have to rely on Glovo's time but that I should have called them regardless and that my pizza would arrive at 10.20pm without any explanation as to the reason for this delay. obviously I canceled the order. little organization and professionalism! Furthermore, due to other misunderstandings, I risked not receiving a refund.

We ordered 3 different pizzas; a margherita, a marinara, and a terra mia. All 3 had differences in their crust, which is common in Italy. The Margherita was very good with a more chewy than crispy crust. The terra mia was had very good toppings, but again, the crust was overly soft. The marinara was just OK. All crusts had good flavor. Service was excellent and inviting from a mostly non-Italian speaking point of view. I did get ripped off on the wine which they charged €30. The same wine was available in the local bodega/wine shop for €7. Overall, just OK. There IS better pizza to be had in Palermo.

Excellent pizzeria with tasty pizza, helpful staff, pleasant environment. We didn't have time to sit and wait for the whole pizza, so we just bought a piece of ready-made pizza, which they heated in the oven and wrapped. A large selection of ready-made pizzas. An excellent choice even for those who do not like seafood.

Came for 4 days in Palermo, we went there twice for lunch and culinaryly, it's perfect. We are rather demanding when it comes to pizzas and the one we ordered was excellent, the toppings generous and the dough perfectly cooked, without doubt the best pizza we have eaten. The service was top notch. Being French, in certain other restaurants we sometimes felt a little "left out", here we were welcomed with a lot of friendliness. A big thank-you !

Super recommended place!
They have vegan pizzas and gluten-free options on the menu.
We were greeted by a very kind waitress who immediately seated us.
I had a gluten-free pizza with tomato, courgettes, dried tomato cream and hazelnuts... it was delicious!
I will definitely go back. Well done!

We are just back from Palermo and after repeated visits to Timilia, I'd recommend it to anyone, but especially if you're celiac. The staff are super nice and clued-up about allergens. I loved the aubergine parmigiana pizza while my husband really enjoyed some of the meatier choices, washed down with a delicious GF beer. The location was great, the price was right and I would love to return. Many Thanks and all the best, Timilia!

We specifically went here because my sister has celiac disease and we had read good reviews. Very kind staff. We ordered 2 flatbreads, one normal and one gluten-free. Both exceptional. A few steps from the cathedral. Absolutely recommended.

At 1.44pm on January 28th I took a bottle of water (see photo) and a glass of red wine (also opened for who knows how long) which I had to drink on the street since the inside is tiny. Zero appetizers, price to be reported immediately, plus prices not displayed and I had to ask for the receipt. Horrifying

We had the Patati Pizzas. It was not good - it was terrific.
I don't recall having a better pizza in the past few years.
Pizza with potatoes sounds lame, our hopes were high on the pistachio cream - but the excellent dough with the toppings was an absolute delight.
A Must for pizza lovers.
