We went there because of the good recommendations and it was a total success!
The chef in person came to the table and told us about his ingredients and his pizza creation which I tried right away (you can see it in the picture). After...I finished my pizza I was so happy about it that I ordered another one straight away.
After we finished our meals we had a great chat about catania and he told us about taormina where we went on the next day. The chef was one of the kindest and nicest persons we met so far on our trip and we were really happy to get to know him. All in all it was a total success!More
The Original Pizza “Cacio e Mollica” was an addictive taste, I’m Italian and I’ve been eating pizza for 45 yrs and this is something Outstanding!
So much taste and so easy to digest, I’m still surprised that it exist!
Something worth trying for sure, beware...Anchovies!More
We got a good Pizza. The dough is great, the tomatoesauce tasty. Quickly prepared and cheap as well. The staff and owner were very friendly and had a nice chat with us. We surely will come again.
They do deliver for free in the area,...but also have two tables for 2 on the pavement ... so you can even eat in. We were early, so the tables were available.More
During our 1 week stay at Catania, we were 3 times at Cacio & Mollica. Pizza 🍕 is very good worth the money we paid. Owners are friendly and helpful. If we ever come back to Catania, we will come back for sure. :)
