Provato per la prima volta, abbiamo trovato un ambiente caloroso, familiare e un'ottima qualità di pizza. Prezzi veramente accessibili a tutti. Il locale e' carino, ben arredato anche se non molto grande.
Tried for the first time, we've found a very friendly environment, the owner has made us feel at home and the quality of Pizza's been absolutely delicious. The prices are affordable too. The premises are furnished in a good taste even though not very big.

We went to eat there last night and took misti salumi e formaggi for 2 people and it was really abundant and very good with multicereals foccacia. Lots of choice for the pizzas, for every taste and they were excellent. The staff was really kind and Nice, i strongly recommend !

When you include "traditional" pizzas at €10 and "gourmet" pizzas at €18 (plus cover charge and drinks) on the menu, you expect at least a pizza worthy of the name and that is not hard (impossible to cut), burnt on the bottom, poorly seasoned and difficult to digest. The icing on the cake was the inappropriate and rude sarcasm of the waiter following my complaints after his ritual question ("Everything okay?"). I advise the owner not to make use of improvised collaborators and to carefully examine the pizzas offered to customers.

I put 4 and not 5 stars because the place is not very aesthetically appealing. Otherwise the experience was very positive! We spent 25 per person and had water, a drink or beer each, 2 portions of chips in 4 and a pizza each. Recommendation paprika chips! As pizza we chose "Pagliacci" and a gourmet with zucchini and shrimp: they deserve both! The dough won us over. We went late and there was availability for a table, but I Recommendation to book! Friendly staff, average. Parking is on street, not easy to find on weekends.

Excellent, fantastic, awesome, delicious, outstanding... you name it!
If you want great Pizza in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place to go.
Be aware that the gourmet Pizza is a bit different from their standard Pizzas (gourmet version has different dough, slightly smaller in diameter, but much "higher" in toppings and is pre cut in 6 pieces). But no matter what style you prefer, ALL of their food is amazing. We had the chopping board for 2 persons as a starter and it's great. But together with the Pizza it's lot and you should be really hungry when ordering a starter and a Pizza.

Incredible food, excellent service, great atmosphere. All the staff was attentive, and English was no issue. Benito runs an awesome operation there and you can tell through the experience. We started with the Panelle, chic pea fritters, which were very tasty and not dry like I was expecting. Add some lemon and they're awesome. Then we got a Vegetariana pizza and a Diavolio pizza. The dough is fantastic, you can tell a lot of care goes into the process. Excellent balance of flavours and textures. The salami was soft and chewy and spicy, perfectly contrasted by the olives and smooth tomato pommodoro. We finished with a pistachio parfait which had deep flavour but was not heavy. With a salad, flat water, and a coke, it all came to 41 Euro which is a wonderful value. Highly recommended, trust the reviews and enjoy your meal here!

Local in the historic center in an area near the Massimo Bellini theater. Pizzeria with a very broad menu offering various flour doughs and quick and courteous service. There were four of us without a reservation. At 9.30pm we found a fairly comfortable outdoor table. The quality of the pizza cannot be discussed in terms of ingredients and cooking. Excellent experience.

For our second night we had booked at a pizzeria that we had selected from Barcelona.
As they say on their website "La nostra passione in a Pizza", they really are very good pizzas, good service and pleasant treatment.
Within the Pizza section of their extensive menu, they have 3 types: Pizze in chiave classica, Pizze Le Quinte and Pizze Gran Gourmet of the latter we took 1 Capuleti and i Montecchi – (Pomodoro, stracchino*, polpettine di cavallo, melanzane trifolate, ricotta salata *, origano, basilico, olive oil EVO) 1 Bellini (salmon carpaccio*, guacamole sauce, robiola, pepe rosa in grani, lemon zest, served with citronette emulsion based on lemon and olive oil). 4 glasses of white wine (20.-Euros).

Highly recommended, magnificent value for money.

Restaurant with wide choice of pizza and fresh produce all the same
Quality antipasti, we had fried vegetables there were eggplant, tomato, zucchini and onion fritters, served with fries and croquetas it was excellent
On the tables next to us there were very beautiful cheese and charcuterie boards.
The pizzas were excellent and they offer boxes to take away what you can't finish
Very friendly and helpful waiters

All of the 5 star reviews are truthful, the best pizza i have ever tried, the ingredients are fresh and of highest quality, never tasted something so good.
The portion size of appetizer was so big that one of us couldn’t eat her whole pizza.
The staff was the kindest, and made us feel like home.
Can’t recommend this enough.

Evening with colleagues to toast a closing of a wonderful season completed by a noteworthy welcome, by the owner Mr. Benito, clean room, impeccable service taken care of if I remember correctly by the kindness of Alessandra, the pizzas are prepared with an excellent dough, and topped with products of delicacies of the highest quality.

Definirla pizza è un dispregiativo! To say the least amazing, a real treat for the palate, a real delicacy! I've been to Naples, my boyfriend is a native of Naples, and we know how a Neapolitan pizza is and I must say that this pizza is no exception! During my 2 month stay in Catania, I have chosen to dine at this place more than 10 times at the very least (considering I only ate out in weekends). The pizza here is absolutely amazing, the best I have had in my life by far (and I have tried other places in Catania as well but they cannot compare to Le Quinte).
Some of my personal favorites, which I will include pictures of, were Otello, Maschere, I Puritani, Andrea Chenier and Hexameron. There is something for every lover of pizza, no matter their particular taste in regards to the toppings.
On top of this amazing culinary aspect, the staff were incredible and very friendly, from the waiters to the manager.
When I visit Catania again, I will make sure the first thing I do after checking in to my hotel is come and get a pizza from here.
