Friendly, well priced and excellent food. Get off the tourist high street and discover quiet dining at a quality restaurant

We ate there yesterday. The staff if very nice, the vino della casa also very good but the food was bad. We ordered flan with mozzarella and tomatoes which was ok but plain and spicy octupus that was extremely salty and not at all spicy....I ordered the pasta vongole and it was okey but my boyfriend ordered the beef which was raw in the middle( not rare, raw). We will definetely not be coming back.More

Overall great experience! As a solo traveler I’m used to the staring but they got over it. Food was lovely just wish there was more of it! Quite small portion in my opinion

Had a lovely evening meal here. Shared the tuna tartare which is the best we have had on this holiday. Husband had ravioli to follow which he enjoyed and I had the mussels as my main not having a big appetite. Mussels were lovely- sweet...and delicious. We shared tiramasu to finish which was good.More

Lovely ambience - nice and quiet. Top shelf quality of food. Try the clam dishes. Very close to Hotel Panorama which is also staffed by lovely, helpful people.

Hey All . 2 nights in a row food and Bev was great , staff super helpful and fun given my Italian is terrible. A must come for solid food and booze in a great setting. All the pasta dishes were amazing.

Highly recommended. Visited twice on vacation. Food, wine and service were first class. Restaurant ambience perfect. Definitely worth ordering the Maialetto arrosto in advance you will not be disappointed. Cururgliones also very good. Wine list is very good and reasonably priced.

Ate here twice (back to back nights!) during my trip to Olbia. Tables outside in a narrow alley make for a very intimate dining experience. The food is fantastic, especially the tiramisu!

-Octopus salad - small portion, boring or almost no taste, there was more olives than octopus. - spaghetti con le Vongole - terrible. Pasta was boiled and that was the taste. Boiled pasta with no salt. Again, terrible. - taglioini di seppia - disappointing, tasteless...-cozze d’Olbia gratinate - small cozzas with loads of bread. You could’t taste the cozza, it was pretty much like eating toasted bread. - tagliata di tonno - the only good, but not great dish. 3/5 - service - the older man probably the owner, totally arrogant. Horrible approach. - at the end was an older woman who took over the service, and was at the same level as the man. They could’t accept criticism and almost attacked us with the words “you are the first one to complain”. Well if you check reviews, you will see that I’m not the only one. - we have left most of the food and the bill was still without any discount. I would not recommend it to anyone. Classic tourist trap pretending to be a restaurant with tradition.More

Da Paolo restaurante it’s a fantastic place to have a meal. Fresh fish, and wonderful traditional dishes and grate wine list. On top of that its celiac friendly. In Italy can be a problem if you have a person with celiac restriction. Here you can...have all the pastas sauce with gluten-free spaghetti. Also fried calamari are made with rice flour. A feat for everyone !!More

Even to reducing the air conditioning for chilly me . Tucked away at the top of. Corso Umberto, in a parallet street to the left,Via Garibaldi. Room looked too formal, all tables outside were reserved but very friendly welcome. Lots of seafood including tuna carpaccio,...excellent quality and I remember it was a good price .A wide ranging menu A great place for our last evening in Olbia.More

We had an excellent meal last night at da Paulo. We were able to sit outside where there were ample umbrellas to protect us from the rain which never happened. Service was excellent and the potions were ample. Everything on the menu looked delicious. Top...your meal off with the tiramisu!!More
