Very slow service and inconsistent drinks. One nice waiter and a nice view is not enough to want to come back. This place use to be great but lost its attention to detail.

Outstanding food and fabulous service, overlooking Cagliari. A must visit but book in advance so as not to be disappointed.

We had read about this place so we walked up to see it. The view ist excellent but unfortunately an unmotivated waiter told us to go and sit where we sidn't see the view because he had to prepare for the evening (at 4 p.m.)....We waited 10 minutes and then gave up to place an order.More

Very nice old / modern juxtapose decor. Pleasant staff / owner and very good refreshments. The street is busy and just opposite the college of music so it provides a welcome oasis.

Will definitely return. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly even when busy. Views were spectacular and cocktails were as good as they get.

The location has spectacular views. The food and drinks menu looked lovely. We only had a drink with apertiser at lunch time, but found the staff very unfriendly. It’s very popular so maybe we were unlucky or there was something about us they didn’t like....We went to 2 other places on San Croce and found the staff far more friendly.More

We stopped here for a quick lunch and drinks whilst visiting and strolling around Cagliari. Wonderful view from the top and nice outdoor location. Sandwiches were good, beer ok, service slow, a guy at the bar a little bit unpolite, but it was busy and...staff were missing in my opinion.More

We went to Libarium for dinner and had a great experience! I asked in advance for a table near the wall with the view over the city and the restaurant took this into account. We were greeted nicely by the staff and brought to our...seats. We got good wine advice (not pushing us to the expensive wines) and the host was kind. The food was good, not the basic pasta or pizza. My main course was the daily catch, a little dry, but parred with a nice sauce. The food is a little pricy compared to other places in Cagliari, but worth the experience (mind the tip for the staff when receiving the bill, it can already be included in the price)More

Very rarely one can find such unpleasant bar/restaurant staff. Their selection has clearly been based on being enough rude, arrogant and unpleasant to pass the test. Simply, don’t go. Just stop 5 minutes to enjoy the view, standing on the terrace nearby and walk away....There are still bar/restaurant managers who think that once they gave a unique location customers will accept everything. Your time is over, catering industry dinosaurs.More

This is not a vegetarian friendly restaurant and the customer service is mediocre. It is a shame as the location is great but it is not worth it.
