It all started so well. We had the tasting menu (we weren't offered any alternative, which was strange given other diners were clearly not doing so) and, for 4 courses, it was simply outstanding, despite the often raucous noise from a tour group dining at Fork, the cheaper sister restaurant which shares the same entrance (that has got to be... This is a gastronomy restaurant. If you expect a Sardinian food, try their bistro outside. I have been to many gastronomy restaurants where nitrogen gas was used to freeze vegetable and food is served in test tubes. I am not against these attempts. I admire their spirit. But we just wanted a nice Sardinian food on the first evening in... More

We went there for a birthday celebration. We did not want to go for a degustation menu and went to a sort of bistro in the same establisment. They told us it was the same kitchen and same chef. Service was very fluent and very friendly. The pasta's were good, if think my partner went for Tuna as first dish,... More

It was more than we expected. The food (art) is amazing! The service is perfect! We also had lunch at Fork (same place) and the experience was good.

We had a perfect evening in this fine dining establishment. The service was attentive and the dishes arrived in a timely fashion. We chose the €65 degustation and every course was special - the flavour combinations were imaginative, the textures perfect, and they looked delightful. It was precisely the right quantity of food so we didn't leave feeling bloated, just... More

If you are looking for "old school" fancy dining, this should be your place of choice. Classy decoration, good service and a wonderful Italian cuisine with modern and French influences. It also offers a bistro with a different name which is its younger brother. Its quality is vast superior to other options in the city. It is pricy, but sometimes... More

The service was agonisingly slow and the food just didn't make up for it. The chef is trying really hard to stand out from the crowd but completely failing. Expensive and just not worth it. Ironically after we'd ordered from the main restaurant menu given to us on arrival we realised there was also a bistro menu and we would... More

I was really looking forward having dinner here since the last time I visited this restaurant the food was great. Nonetheless on my last visit the food was not nice, the presentation was fantastic, the service was even better but the food, not my cup of tea. The combination of flavours just didn't do it for me. The amount of... More
