This restaurant was charming and had great ambiance, but the food lacked flavor. My son had the risotto with sweet sausage and it was not very good. Service was ok... although wait staff was very nice. To their defense, it started raining when we were...More

In a very old deconsecrated church, nice ambience, food was fine, but nothing particularly special. Nice service and happy for me to go onto (closed off that evening) upper level to have a look at the remaining wall paintings.

What a great idea. The execution is horrible. They've hung junk everywhere; fake flowers, playing cards, red boxes with alcohol as lights. Nothing true to the vibe of a church. Looked like a gRage sale of the last few items. The entance was cluttered with...More

The restaurant is located inside a really cool building. A deconsecrated 13 century church with some original fresco’s. We shared a caprese salad, the mozzarella was awesome. We choose the Marina pizza to share and two delicious deserts. The staff were really nice and friendly.

We dropped in by chance and we really surprised by the taste and the service. We even came back on the back day. And even walked 45 minutes around waiting for the kitchen to open for the dinner (6:45 pm). We refused to go somewhere...More

In the heart of the historical centre of Verona, between Ponte Pietra and Piazza delle Erbe, inside a deconsecrated church of the Romanesque period dedicated to Saints Perpetua and Felicita lies the Restaurant "Santa Felicita" which offers fine dining suited to meet the expectations of the most demanding palates. The atmosphere is charming. The frescos, which once covered all the church, date back to the 1300s, however, towards the end of the 19th century they were removed in order to be preserved. Some of them were placed in the warehouses of the Castelvecchio Museum and the rest in the museum G. B. Cavalcaselle at the Juliet's Tomb. Currently in the room can be admired a magnificent wooden ceiling of 1300s, an apse of the 17th century, a beautiful fresco depicting the face of Christ as well as numerous fragments that testify the ancient richness of decoration. In such an environment so full of art and history, you have the opportunity to taste both meat and fish dishes (with an exclusive nursery for the choice of lobster). The menu is enriched by a wide selection of pizzas and by the opportunity to taste the paella made-to-order. The Restaurant "Santa Felicita" is the ideal place for informal business lunches, dinners, banquets and exclusive ceremonies for which the charming mezzanin floor can be used. During summer it is possible to dine comfortably sat on the stallage by candlelight.
