Honestly, without a doubt the best pizza my girlfriend and I ever had… and we already ate many! Panna cotta was also just delicious. Away from the many tourists, away from the main streets. You feel like a local. And to top it all of,...a service like you would expect from a great staff! 10/10 without having to think about it for even a second. Thank you so much to the kind owner, the great chef and the lovely staff!More

Very good dinner. Quite simple but very tasty and not expensive. Area of Trattoria is quiet with no tourist. Staff was helpful.

Unfortunately, a bitter disappointment. We were very much looking forward to an evening in this restaurant. The quality of the food was unfortunately mediocre. Much worse, however, was the unfriendliness of the host. After he handed us a bill that listed several items of unconsumed...food, we asked for a correction. Thereupon, an extremely disagreeable conversation ensued. We could go on and on, but we will leave it at that. All in all, a very unpleasant evening.More

A bit difficult to find but it's worth searching it. Very friendly staff. We ordered 'Pasta di mama' which was delicious. Also the desserts were very good.

Fantastic restaurant with a short lunchtime menu of pasta and salads. No pizzas at lunchtime. Our food was delicious - tomato and basil tagliatelle with Parmesan and tagliatelle with courgette, baby prawns and tomatoes. Good choice for vegetarians which is quite rare for Venice. Sitting...outside on the path was lovely in the sunny August sunshine. Super spot.More

We found this place by accident, roaming the quieter parts of Venice. The food was delicious, the house wine was amazing and the service was super sweet. Can only reccomend!

We knew about this place from sunstantial internet reveiws to find new places to eat on our 13th and 10th visit respectively. Now the first slight downer, no Pizza at lunch, except on a Thursday - 12:00 to 14:00. Pizza is available every evening. Oh...well. Still chose to eat here as it appeared to be a locals haunt, but with an English owner(?). She is very passionate about the ingredients used, even apologising for the mixture of tomatos in our salad - both were good to me, but you could taste a difference. Aqua is free, a filtered tap water, so saving the planet from numerous plastic bottles, very good aspect of this restaurant. My wife had pasta with zucchini and prawns and I had a simple tomato and basil - 12.00 and 7.00 euros. I had a 40cl Moretti 4.00, my wife 1/4l vino 3.50. The salad was 4 euros and cover is 2 euros PP. Really good freshly cooked food, good atmosphere, highly recommended, but note lunchtime menu is quite limited at this time, maybe not good for children.More

You will not be 'just passing ' this restaurant. It is tucked away down a backstreet in the Castello district and we needed our friend Google to find it. We popped in at lunchtime to have a pizza but they are only served in the...evening. English lady served us and it's clear she is very careful about her choice of ingredients. I had pasta with zucchini and prawns, husband had pasta with tomatoes and basil. A great place filled with locals. Perhaps next time we will call again to try a pizza. Well worth tracking this place down.More

This restaurant is in a quiet residential area. We arrived on Saturday night and it was very busy. The waitresses were friendly. We finally got seats around 8:30 pm. The food tasted good, and serving size was large (we had 2-course dinner). We ended up...went there for pizza on Sunday night again.More

We used to live close by, and this was our pizzeria of choice. The staff is very kind, the pizza are good, and the place is cozy. When the weather is nice, to sit outside is really nice. Locals come here frequently to buy takeaway...pizza to eat at home. So... what else is to say? If this is the place locals go to, in one of the few inhabited and authentic neighborhoods of the city... you should definitely consider eating here!More
