After a long day in Venice, I was in search of a drink and a nice place to relax. Many of the bars in this area are expensive, but it's the experience that makes it worthwhile.
The waiters at Bar Longhi were all exceptionally friendly....More
This hotel is too expensive for us, but the first thing we do after checking in our hotel in Venice is head to the Gritti Palace Bar Longhi for a couple of drinks. The Bellini's are great WHEN the white peaches are in season. (Better...More

Stunning location, impeccable service. They even remembered us when we came back a few days later. Cocktails are priced as you’d expect. After those we had tea and scones which was incredible. Really recommend
We arrived early evening and sat inside on the comfortable sofa. We choose cocktails and were pleasantly impressed with the skill of the bar tender. The interiors are beautifully sumptuous with impeccable service and good selection of hot and cold nibbles. Cocktails varied from €18...More
Every bit as comfortable and charming as the photos suggest. The gentlemen behind the bar are friendly and efficient. If you're beat down by the swarms of tourists Bar Longhi offers perfect recuperation; plush, attractive, uncrowded, a little dark and quiet.

I'm not sure exactly but not cheap! I had a kir royale which was about €20. I'd say a beer would be about €12. Wine is about €16. It's a gorgeous bar though, and we went for a cheap pizza for dinner to offset the price of expensive drinks! It's much nicer than Harry's bar.
