It is near San Marco square, it takes only 5 minutes by walk to get there. As far as I am concerned, flavors which contain pistachio are the best. It really worth a visit and a try.

This was just my highlight of Venice, it was worth the queue. We actually had a full box of ice cream and had it for supper. You must try the pistachio and salt flavour. It was amazing!

Great gelateria in the heart of Venice. Tiny place but they make up with incredibly friendly service and great gelato. Their prices are also the best. A one scoop (served with two scoop) small cone or cup is 1.60 euros! Incredible in Venice. They also have a couple of Vegan choices which is hard to find in an Italian gelateria.... More

Had other gelato on our trip to Italy, this was the most expensive with unreasonable prices, and the worst we've had. Wasn't bad but was definitely not good, just average. For that price and taste, I can only give 2 as my rating.

Fabulous and delicious ice-cream. Well worth queuing for if you visit at busy times. 10 out of 10 for quality and for service every time. Consistently excellent. Pistachio with wild cherry is exquisite.

Visited on Christmas day when most shops and cafes were closed. Great gelato, large scoops and good prices. Friendly service

Two options available when I visited, both were really nice. They also have vegan cones. Fairly inexpensive considering the location, would recommend.

The gelato was high quality and certainly delicious. It is located in a pricey location in Venezia (Venice) so one would expect the best of the best. My one complaint is the man working would not give us a tiny spoon sample of a flavor even after we had already ordered and paid for two servings of gelato. We wanted... More

Went there due to the huge amount of positive feedback on TripAdvisor however waitress was rude when we asked if we could taste a flavor. She rolled her eyes at us for asking and when she provided us the change she just threw them onto the counter. Gelato was a 6/10.

Staying in San Marco

Neighborhood Profile
San Marco
The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
