I stay 3 night in Ca Alberti and the 3 night I went to have dinner there, Mauro is the owner and he is the best host, chef in town, he personally serves you and offers you the best Fresh seafood. House wine is extraordinary, 10 points but you need to make a reservation since everyone wants to eat there.... More

Be prepared to be immersed in a trip into the traditional Venetian cuisine, this is a true hidden gem in a remote part of the Lido island (Malamocco). You will need to take a bus or a taxi from Santa Maria Elisabetta (the public boat terminal at Lido). No compromise, no room for ketchup or Parmesan on a seafood pasta... More

''This is the real deal. My cousin and I fell upon this place just walking around Malamocco. We went inside and ordered some amaZZing small dishes and a few glasses of Prosecco.''

I have been going for years as my family lives in Venice - was utterly disappointed in the quality of the food (frozen or just supermarket bought, very little locally caught seafood) and the service which was totally understaffed even for a weekday night. I remember looking around at everyone eating, and they all had an unhappy face as we... More

Its a really good restaurant and bar. On the front part of the bar is impossible to think that it is really cosy yard with very nice good home cooking.

Invited here by a local friend while escaping July madness of Dogeland on the Lido. A total treasure of a place, hidden away on a side street with options of great snacks inside or on the street, and a fuller restaurant menu/ a la carte in the garden at the back. We sat in the shady garden for a languid,... More

Im new in the city but i allready choose this restaurant as my favorite in town, out of touristy track, if you arrive there is meen that you are watching for something special. And this is what you will find here. Placed in the small town of Malamocco, where nothing as change since centuries the restaurant have a big garden... More

This restaurant's reputation is genuine in that the Venetians all recommend it; not surprisingly as perhaps unknown to them, they receive a totally different menu, different level of service and doubtless all at a very different price. We heard it was always fully booked so we hired bikes and rode all the way out to beautiful Malamocco to book in... More

We were happily surprised by this trattoria. From the outside it looked more like a bar with some food, but we were guided to the nice garden in the back and the food was really good. Venetian local food, such as Spaghetti a la Malamocco sauce -- delicious with clams. Locals frequent it, but also Venetians and tourists. Well worth... More
