Nice service, decent prices, tasty food, amazing location. Overall great experience. If you wanna have a good breakfast and coffee on a nice location, and all that for a reasonable price in Venice place to go
Nice area, pretty square. Hard to find somewhere in Venice wish such atmosphere.
A nice waiter for once wish is also hard to find.
Pricey drinks for what we received but food was great and seemed authentic
We White three People and our initial order was 1 beer, 1 Coke and 1 glass of wine. The waiter delivered the order with additional snacks. We told her we do not want the snacks and later ordered Coffee, tiramisu etc. When we payed we...saw the unordered snacks where on the bill 7€. Be aware.More

Walking around into this square we stopped at Le Cafe for a coffee. Service was good and coffee tasty. The location is in a large square with lots of activity all round. A giant statue is in the middle. People relaxing in all the cafes.
After a long walk from Cannareigo, this is a great place to stop
Masses of tables in the sunshine in this very large square, people having coffee's wine and ice cream - great service - great people watching place
We stopped at Le Café at Campo San Stefano during the afternoon initially for coffees, proscecco and beer, but stayed for gelato and to watch the people passing by. This is a great location to take a rest from sightseeing with the church of San...Vidal at one end of the Campo, the church of Santa Stefano at the other and the statue of Niccolò Tommaseo in the middle. The food and drink were fine and the people-watching fun.More

hello, excuse me but we have been closed for several days for crowned viruses, how can we judge that we are closed?
A delightful place to rest during your time exploring Venice is 'Le Café' situated on Campo San Stefano.
Most of the year you can sit outside enjoying people watching in the sunshine, alternatively inside is a smart restaurant. Meals and snacks are offered but it’s...charm is relaxing over tea/coffee or glass of wine whilst enjoying a decadent gateau or pastry. A mouthwatering selection to choose from.
Attentive and efficient staff serving.
Yes lots of tourists there but equally large number of locals.More

The most famous sestiere (district) in Venice has one of the world's most famous squares, St. Mark's (Piazza San Marco). Anchored on one end by the basilica, clustered around it are restaurants, museums, shops, orchestras playing in the square, pigeons, the grand pink Doge’s Palace (Palazzo Ducale), the soaring campanile bell tower, an astrological clock tower, plus gorgeous cafes and restaurants like Florian and
Quadri. Piazza San Marco is beloved by Venetians themselves. They book a table anytime, which offers a buffer from the fray. This grand outdoor drawing room attracts Venetians for a stroll too, especially late in the afternoon when the hoards of daytrippers thin out. It's simply a grand place to meet.
