This restaurant offers superb value and great food to go with it. We enjoyed the 3 course dinner menu, where the seafood spaghetti was excellent the local cuttlefish dish was superbly cooked and flavoured with a great source. All for less than 18/head !!!

We ended up eating here twice during our stay in Venice. Giorgio is a short walk from Port San Zaccaria (or the second San Marco vaporetto stop). It's a bit off the tourist route, which means it's surviving on the quality of the food. The...More

This place had a quite expansive menu, so we were confused with the selections. Location was very romantic and sunset timing was apt on for a dinner in this restaurant. The waiter was not very accommodating and was forceful with his opinion. They wouldnt change...More

Whilst the food was decent the service for other customers ruined the experience, we witnessed the waiters refusing to provide cheese to some customers. In one particular instance there was an argument between waiter and customer where the waiter insisted they buy a drink, it...More

This place was close to where we stayed and very convenient for breakfast. They had a great €15 breakfast deal which included coffee, juice, croissant and omelette. They even changed out the coffee for a hot chocolate for the kids. Nice atmosphere near the canal....we...More

This is return visit to a lovely little place in Castello, sleeping alongside a canal. We had very good pasta and fresh fish for all three. This very well priced. Outside dining is a preference.

Very enjoyable dinner at a restaurant located next to the canal in Castello. Plenty of choice and with the setting on the canal very relaxing and scenic location. Very good attentive service. Was very busy and could be worth booking ahead. Great meal certainly worth...More

Ate there last night. The food was good, but not great - the same with the service. Prices seemed to be inline with the rest of Venice.

Castello is the largest of the six sestieri

Grand Canal. More than half of Castello is situated
within Arsenale, the naval base, which occupies over
one-fifth the area of Venice. This gentrified maritime
neighborhood feels busy but casual. Castello’s side
streets are laid back, with small boats lining canals

There are no parking facilities as there are no roads in Venice. We had a private water taxi from the airport which drops you off about 100 meters from the hotel. Even so we walked past the Hotel 3 times before we found... More
