This is the best gelato that I have had in Italy (and I have had a lot of gelato). It is made fresh on site. The flavours are seasonal and dependent on the fruits available at the time. The stainless steel facilities are very clean and the staff are friendly and patient. This business has been in the family for... More

If you want to try the experience of traditional Italian ice cream, you have to try da Bepi. You can choose among traditional flavours and few exotic ones. I dared a big cone with 4/6 scoops and I enjoyed it all, seating outside in a hot summer evening. If you are only looking for the soft ice cream type, based... More

By far the best ice cream in Padua and one of the best in the whole Italy. You need to taste the all times classics first, they are unbelievable!!! Later you can explore the weird ones. It's all about the taste, don't miss it!

Top-Ten in all of Italy! Three generations! Many awards! I felt like I was on a pilgrimage visiting this place. I got my usual pistachio and nocciola cono piccolo to compare. The flavors taste authentic and not heavy. Quality stands out, immediately you know you have something special. The place is unbelievably clean. Shiny chrome and glass, Lots of historical... More

Low key, family-run, a little outside the city, this small ice cream shop will surprise you (and us, every time) with its wonderfully original flavours (wine, cedar, pear and cheese, they are ever-changingly different), its deliciously tasty dark chocolate, its amazing natural whipped cream. At 1.30 Euro for each (huge) ball, it is not super cheap (minimum of 2 each),... More

Passion, tradition (the place has been run by the same family for generations), integrity and , above all, flavours: this is one of the best gelaterias around. It's worth travelling a bit to try their ice-creams and taste the difference from the majority of all the mediocre gelaterias that abound even in Italy!

Bepi is an old fashion Italian ice cream place, the best in town for sure, run from the grandchildren of the founder. They serve the best ice cream I ever tasted in my life!!

The title of this review is not meant to exaggerate the facts. Ice-creams here are outstanding. They are made with genuine ingredients. The choice will let you dumbfounded (try lavender ice-cream, just to mention one). You will actually be spoiled for choice. Don't get disappointed by the way you get your ice-cream served - in a disposable paper cup -... More

This is one of the oldest "gelaterie" in Padova. Bepi, the old owner was quite a character, and really an artist in making ice creams. Now, in the shop you'll find his son, Jacopo or his brother, that are trying to keep up their father's work. The place is exactly as it was twenty years ago, same counter, same plastic... More

A good reason to come back home and something that I do miss when abroad. Try one of the fruit flavours and you'll understand what I'm taking about. The very best place to be for an ice cream
