We visited this restaurant because of the good reviews, but were very disappointed. The service was terrible, the senior waiter (or the owner) was yelling and behaving very strange all the time, they didn’t give the menu for a long time and we asked for...a wine list, the younger waiter gave it to us, but the senior one took it and forced us to try supposedly free house wine, which we didn’t like and for which then 3 euros were included in the bill. But the worst thing is the food, my artichoke salad was basically not edible, they put in it those leaves that should usually be separated and thrown away, and which do not chew, I did not find the core of the artichoke in this salad at all. Then there were overcooked ravioli heavily drenched in tomato paste. I think it was simply bought in the nearest supermarket. It's unusual for Italy to have such untasty food. We left the restaurant hungry.More

Very bad experience He refuse to give me the details of the bill. I Requested to him up to 3 times. The waiters were very gentle but the boss spoke to them so bad in front of the people. Some of the plates are nice...but the stone meat was normal for the 90 Euros for 1.1kg that I still looking for the price in the menu. After 4 years going to Courmayeur, the worst place for the attitude of the boss.More

This was the most lovely dinner my mom and I had during our walk on the TMB. I had the apple/cheese risotto and I’m still thinking about it. The fondue was also delicious. Mostly what I remember is the service, which was simply outstanding. We...were the first to arrive before the dinner crowd began, so for an hour or so we were the only people inside (hiking made us REALLY hungry), and the maitre d’ kept bringing us “gifts” - little snacks the chef had whipped up, and to finish after the meal, lavender liqueur, which my mom took as a shot and I haven’t stopped laughing about that. The baked pineapple dessert was one of the best things I’ve ever had. I wish I knew how to make it myself, but I’ll just have to wait until my next visit :) Thank you to Al Camin for the meals, the gifts and the great memories. I would love to return with my husband!More

Fantastic meal and perfect service! We were a company of 5 and all had different things so we could taste from each other and I have to say almost everything was right on point. The service was incredible, from the minute you walk down the...stairs to the minute you leave you are taken care of. Incredible wine-list and lots of exciting Italian dishes. Would recommend to everyone and will be coming back many more times!More

My husband and I recently ate at this very fine restaurant in Courmayeur while doing the Tour du Mont Blanc. The entire experience from start to finish was memorable. We were greeted warmly by the owner and shown to an intimate table for two (the...interior of the restaurant is charming and inviting). The food was fabulous and creatively presented. We could have not asked for more and certainly hope to visit this gem of a restaurant again.More

We had nice dinner on Fri 15th of March. Great service, warmly welcoming and guiding us to our table. They offered us small glass of wine and small starter, which was good way to start the evening. They serve good food, nice house wines and...place seems to be full on Friday evenings. I would recommend booking before heading there.More

At the end of our skiing week, we celebrated by going to this restaurant. What a place! Wonderful atmosphere, great patrons and a warm welcome. And the food? Really well cooked, simple but utterly delicious fare. We were treated to shots of sambuca and other...liqueurs after dinner and went away delighted by a very convivial evening. Lots of Italian families were enjoying their Friday evening at this restaurant which is always a good sign of a successful venue.More

We have eaten here regularly over the last 2 years and they always deliver a really good level of food and service along with excellent wine choices. Some stand out dishes are the curry prawns and the veal burger. It’s high quality but not trying...too hard so a good choice if you revisit regularlyMore

We visited this place on 24th Jan 2019. The owner serves the food and he was very helpful and friendly. The ambiance is cosy, I liked the design of the tables, enjoyed the food. The house wine they serve is superb.

After trekking for 10 hours yesterday we ended up here for dinner as it was close to our hotel... And it was everything we wanted and more. Food was amazing (risotto was the best), and even a little showmanship which was fun (my husband's ribs...were carved and served tableside for him!!!). Hospitality was the best tho with such a kind waiter. The complimentary wine while we looked over the menu was much enjoyed :) also very cozy atmosphere!! Would love to go back.More
