Dinner with family and friends (6 people). The environment is fantastic and very warm and cozy. The choice of different food is well balanced between meat and fish. All dishes come with excellent presentation and the staff is very well caring and professional. We had carpaccio (delicious and served in an unusual manner), shrimp and artichokes (good although a bit... More

Beautiful, warm, cosy, characteristic hotel. Looks how a skiing hotel should look like. first class service. Amazing food and restaurant. Best breakfast. Spa staff delightful. Cannot fault the hotel. Restaurant and bar staff exceptional.

We have dined here for 3 nights and if we knew it before, we would have arranged here all our 8 dinners in Cervinia. If you are used to 5* or more class restaurant and hotels, you can only love this place. Food is simple as it should be and delivered exactly as it should. No fake gourmet dishes here... More

Beautiful if a little traditional hotel. Food is fine dining - so you get a taste of luxury after skiing. The hotel staff are friendly & professional. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Best restaurant in town for plebs who have saved up for an upper-class dining experience. The food is horrible, dry overcooked meat, topped off with some no good sauce of fruit. The portions are great for a 3 year old, not for a adult. The prices are for a 5* restaurant, what you get on your plate, is not. Seriously,... More

We have been skiing in Cervinia for two weeks so have tried all the key restaurants.Staying at Saint Hubertus, next to the Hotel Hermitage we decided to try the latter for dinner.Drinks in the bar were really subdued and we were the only ones there - boring! Two gin and tonics cost a hefty E38 which if we had eaten the... More

A truly delightful experience staying at this homely hotel. There were 3 families (we had 5 rooms) and staff were always accommodating and friendly. Food is divine - from buffet to the al a carte. Lots of fresh food and fancier/rich selections too. We were there for Christmas 2013 so a very special atmosphere with a guest appearance from Santa!... More

I have to admit I ate every night at hotel hermitage just because I stayed at the hotel itself, but I know for sure, that if I will ever visit Cervinia again without staying at this Relais-Chateau Hotel ( slim chance..) I will defiantly opt for the hotel's restaurant as the tastiest, most elegant dinner in town..! The variety of... More
