Situated at the heart of Trento, it's a good place to eat at after visiting the attractions in the center. Personally, I loved the deer meat but they have a good menu to choose from. The small glass of free welcome drink was appreciated.

This restaurant has absolutely not even 1 star deserved. From the beginning until the end very demotivated staff. Food not really good and cooked without a heart. Not even one single waiter smiled even 1 second. With all of the guests. We know it is...hard to find staff for restaurants- but to run a big place like this with so many demotivated frustrated waiters is unbelievable. Ugly music (kind of hard rock musik). We had to stay since the kids were hungry and we were not able to leave. For the image for Trento really not a good place.More

Beautiful surroundings and excellent cuisine. Everyone can choose from a rich menu of dishes. They don't just have beer here, they also have excellent wine.More

We had a wonderful lunch at Forsterbrau Trento. It was a lovely Saturday afternoon. The staff was very pleasant. The food was delicious. And we even left with unexpected souvenirs. My husband had a grappa, and we didn't know the glass was a take-home item....The same for my amaro. And both digestivi were homemade. We would definitely return!More

this is our fourth visit to the restaurant. Two reasons for that - excellent pretzels and open all day - unlike majority of Trento restaurants. And our meal schedule when in the city is rarely in sync with the other restaurants. Some food is tasty,...some was ok-ish, pretzels are great when hot. We had lunch with Italian friends who suggested this place. They brought both their dogs and that didn't bat any eyelids - in the UK it wouldn't have happened. The surroundings were ornate to say the least but the atmosphere and staff were relaxing and...friendly . The food was ok minus, the potato tartles aren’t at all authentic? They just bring potato rösti (potato pancakes) that were probably frozen before too. Also gulasch and canederli weren’t anything more than average. Would come here only if everything else is full.More

We went for lunch and could not be better! The staff are polite and quickly received us. We had a delicious meal and we ate their speciality: La Padella di Carne! A lot of meat but well prepared. We would like to had our outside...table, but it was full of people.More

The restaurant was beautiful inside with Christmas decoration. The food was delicious however the meat was a bit dry for me. They offer us beer at the beginning which was tasty and they also had a nice menu of beers.
