As I first walked in the restaurant, the decor with the palm tree and the colored wall panels struck me as we were directly greeted with a warm welcome. The excellent service continued through the whole evening, with great attention to your needs. I personally found the lamps hanging above each table to create a cozy and private atmosphere, although... More

While the atmosphere is a bit formal replete with palm trees and white table cloths, I must admit I liked the food a lot. You can order light and be out in 45 minutes or you can make your way through a long multiple course meal. Clearly one of the obvious spots to go for dinner in Bolzano. I strongly... More

It is located in the center of Bolzano, you can enjoy a drink inside in a storical location (it has both smoking and non smoking area), or outside in a spacious garden. Ones a week on Thursday you can have an aperitif with some buffet where you will find both fish and meat snacks, pasta and fruits, deserts and specialities... More

The ambience was perfect and the menu splendid. However, cooking was not really up to Michelin standard - or rather, it is not what we paid for. The seasoning was good but not great. The presentation was very beautiful but that mattered less. The ingredient was definitely very fresh. We had the daily catch sea bass baked in salt which... More

The food was good; however, the portions are small. The waitresses really pay attention to see to your needs. The restaurant is outdoors and the mosquitoes feasted on my legs.

The breakfast was just perfect; the service lady was super kind and friendly. The buffet was full & rich, nothing was missing.

We were staying at the hotel, and after having had breakfast in the beautifully decorated dining-room, we wanted to return for dinner. I had a set (and good value) meal, while my wife had the a la carte: both of us were very happy with the food. The service was excellent (assisted by the waiter's faultless English) and our bottle... I enjoyed a meal recommended by my server. The staff was very attentive. I was surprised by the complimentary appetizer.

I was invited for a family lunch in this Hotel/Restaurant which has been here forever. I have been here in summer when you can dine in a nice setting in the Hotel park at the back. It is a nice reprieve from some of the very hot summer days in Bolzano. In March it is too cold for that so... More

We ate around town but came back to the Hotel Laurin's restaurant twice as they had truly world class 3 star Michelin quality food and service.
