I've visited Temple bar hundreds of times and always enjoyed it. Tried beer, tea and some snacks. The environment is very cosy for the evening with friends or just a quick beer near the bar. Also, to watch football!! The staff speaks in English.

A great international clientele, the staff and management are so friendly and genuinely want to make your experience the best possible. Beer choice is amazing and quality of beer divine. If you are a citizen of the world, love people and beer and fun this...is your home from home.More
We were in Bolzano during the World Cup and went to the Temple Bar to watch the England game. A lot of fun and a great atmosphere, and plenty of beer.... a good night.
Guinness Beer, Hummus Wraps, Rugby, Tanya and English speaking. 5 great reasons to go to The Temple Bar. My husband and I stopped in just to get a couple of beers and continue on sightseeing, which we did. But after seeing the Iceman and checking...out Roncolo Castle we were back in the city center and hungry. We walked all around but nothing really appealed to us. We are vegetarian and found that finding something we wanted to eat was a little more challenging in this German dominated Italian town. So we went back to The Temple Bar and got a couple more beers and a couple of hummus wraps that were so good and made with love. Tanya had Rugby on the television and we all cheered the blue team! I highly recommend The Temple Bar in Bolzano!More
Thanks so much for the welcome I received at your pub! Both Tanya and Steve (the owners) and their merry band of staff made me feel welcome from the start! The Guinness was surprisingly good and the craic was great! Hope to maybe see you...guys again sometime if I ever get back this way! If you’re in Bolzano people, this is the place to go!More
You want guiness? you got it! you want true, tasty, godly whiskey? you got it!.. a nice delicious sandwich with melted cheese, prosciutto, veggies cuz by Durin's beard you need to be healthy and accompany such exquisite drinking with food? You betcha' Cider, a vast...variety of beers, whiskey or if you feel cold I recommend the Hot Whiskey (it'll light up a furnace in that cold cold heart). Best pub in this wonderful and forsaken city in the middle of the alps. What are you even doing reading this review? GO NOW! raise a drink and be happy! cheers!More
It s amazing , the food the beer the atmosphere Definitely recommend for those who search for a local experience
Tanya makes the best drinks in the world. I travel constantly. Temple Bar has been the best place for a relaxing drink and good company. I highly suggest that you pay it a visit.
Good beers, every kind of people (a real meltin' pot), and rugby. What else? You can speak with a German guy, then with a Russian girl next to an Italian boy, in front of a Lithuanian and an Irishman. A pub to live.
If you're looking for a real Pub in Bozen with an awesome staff Temple Bar is the right adress. The Guinness or Harp from the tap is delicious and on top you can choose from a wide range of bottled beers, Whiskeys and other classic...Drinks & cocktails. There's live music generally once a week, they show all the major sports events and other side events, such as Karaoke, Jam sessions or quiznights are ongoing regularly.More
Went to the place many times, never was anything wrong with it. Nice place to go with some friends to have a chat about old times. The good : - atmosphere - Live music The bad: - can be really crowded sometimes...
It's nice that this exists in the Italian-German area that is Bolzano. On nice days, the outside tables fill up very quickly. Inside is surprisingly spacious due to the back room. Based on the the size of the crowd outside & the reviews here, we...stopped in for dinner & cider (oddly, Stongbow, not Magners) and stayed for a Serie A game. There aren't a lot of food options (I think it came down to basically a meat pie or toastie), but it's hot, quick, & reasonably priced. The staff are friendly & good at keeping up with the crowd (was an Irish guy & local? guy when we were there).More
Oh dear! I wrote a review for this pub on almost every website but I forgot Tripadvisor! I love this place. The beer is great! The food is tasty and the staff is like family! Don't miss one of the karaoke or jam sessions night...and if you're staying in Bolzano on St. Patrick's Day, well a pint at Temple Bar is a must! :-)More
say you've just stepped off a train or bus or you've parked your vehicle in the centre and you're going to treat yourself to just a quick pint at Temple Bar, make sure you have nothing else scheduled for that day, because you'd be hopelessly...late. you'd probably check the time at some point and wonder why it's way past midnight already. that's how good a time you'll have. excellent guinness, nice choice of other drinks, pub grub, Irish craic and live music.More
fantastic place for have a coffee, a beer or something nice to eat (you have to try the irish pies) ..... nice for go with friends but also alone you're always welcome at every time in the day or night.
