The building where the restaurant is located is indeed very fascinating, even though the space where you eat is too dark and with low ceiling. We went there for lunch on a Saturday and had to wait a very long time before the food arrived (I would say it took us almost two hours for the whole meal). The food... More

We were part of a tour group having our 'welcome to Italy' dinner here. The entire experience was delightful. Despite serving a group of about 20 at several tables, the staff was very good; the courses arrived timely and at temperature; the food was prepared to perfection; and the wine glasses were kept full. Local tortellini, braised beef, and all... More

We had the 7 courses meal with 4 glass of wine for 60 euros. The size of the dishes were very appropriate. All the dishes were of very good quality. It is a very good deal for a high standard quality food and service.

We had the 7 courses meal with 6 glass of wine for 70 euros (!) Coming from Switzerland it was a very good deal. The size of the dishes were very appropriate. The tartare was very good as well as the beef, however me and my friend did not like the egg. The wine was from Piedmont, it was to... More

We were recommended this restaurant by a friend and found that it truly lived up to expectations. Tucked away in the wing of a museum, the restaurant is extremely welcoming, non-pretentious and well priced. We both went for the six course tasting menu with wine accompaniments. Each course was delectable - the veal and braised beef being our favourite two,... More

You can read many, many reviews that explain the unique location of this restaurant, so I won't go into that. I will say that once we were seated in this 10 table restaurant, we did feel sort of like we were in a secret club. I LOVE food, but was a bit intimidated when I ready the translations of the... My boyfriend and I had a wonderful dinner in this restaurant. It is located at the first floor of a historical beautiful building. It is classy but not snobby and waiters are great. We had the 7 course degustation menu with 6 glass of wine and it was delicious. To be highlighted: the veal tartare and the dark choco souffle... More

Hidden away in a former palace, this restaurant makes a very special night out. Charming service. Have the tasting menu and matching wines. Beautiful.

OMG what a place! We had the 7 course menu with the 6 glasses wine arrangement and it was perfect. Just one example to support this: When a sommelier can find the perfect wine to go with tomatosauce, basil and poached egg in one dish than you hit the jackpot! All the other wine and foodpairings were excellent as well... More

The place is really nice, and unusual. Located within the "Circolo dei Lettori", we arrived while some artists were still running their performance, which gave to the place a great atmosphere. The access is also particular: from the street, you first have to have a big wooden door opened by a guard, and then you cross a palace, go up... More
