This is a small and exceptionally friendly osteria just up from the covered bridge. The basket of different types of bread (maybe about 6 or 7) served before the meal had some of the best bread I've had in Italy, and the dishes our table ordered were equally good. The pasta sauces were delicate and very tasty.

This is one of my all time favourite restaurants in Pavia. Lovely relaxing ambiance. Great food with a vegetarian friendly menu and an extensive range of very good wines. This is a great place for a special romantic dinner. Enjoy!!!

We've been in Pavia for 5 days now. Been going down the most popular places in trip advisor. Very welcoming, fantastic English speaking staff. Food was excellent with free extras! Definitely recommend.

I really love this place. I read other review and I was curious to give a try. Nice "hidden" place in this tower modified into a multi floor restaurant. Great menu with very great waiters.

For a slow paced late dinner experience the food here is excellent. The cost is a little high but it was the best food I had while in Italy.

As a party of 6 we all agreed that the food here was the best we have eaten in Pavia all week. From the initial bread, through starters, mains and desserts the food was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Overall the value was excellent.

Great restaurant. Cosy and comfortable. Food was amazing with the feel that it was cooked by an Italian grandmother. My girlfriend is liking the plate right now. I did this review and I haven't even ordered the dessert yet. If you are in Pavia this is a must go for a proper meal. Make sure you do a reservation, we... More

I had the pleasure of eating here while on business and can honestly say that the meal was very good. The restaurant atmosphere is really nice and relaxing with lots of historical pictures. Really nice. We decided to drink a bottle of the local frizzy red wine to accompany our meal, also very good. We ordered a cheese plate of... More

The best place I dined in Pavia. Located on one of the main streets in Pavia but away from "totally tourist" piazza. Easy to locate. Enjoyed local wines and good food. Highly recommended to make a reservation (even on a weekday).
