STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! Me and my fiancé were looking for a place to have some cocktails and food, we ordered a caipirinha and Hugo for drinks and for food a pizza 4 cheese. Food took a while to come and when it...arrived the pizza was greasy and dough was rock hard, then we started eating even thought food wasn’t up to standards and service already wasn’t being the greatest. I started eating first, as I finished my first slice my fiancé started her first and then the cocktails arrived, both were really strong but until then it was ok. After 2 slices of pizza my fiancé stopped eating and I continued to eat even thought I didn’t really enjoy it, but since I was going to pay for it I thought I might as well continue to eat. Then she told she wasn’t feeling very well and was going to the toilet, I ask if she was okay and said if she needed anything, she replied that she just needed to go to the toilet. She went to the toilet and I continued eating, 5 minutes later she comes back crying and breaking down because one of the staff of the restaurant had told her “ get out! and wait outside”, I obviously worried went to help her and she proceeded telling me she wanted to vomit and that the food made her sick! I told the staff and “tried” to help and said they would take her to the toilet. Customers started to get concerned and wanted to help us, some really lovely people were trying to help us and I told them what happened and they all got concerned since they had eaten or where going to eat / were eating at the place. I told the staff to wait to my fiancé have the capability to stand and I took her to the toilet. When we got to the toilet she went to vomit as I proceeded to wait for her to come back. When she came back I asked to speak with the manager to a woman that was working at the balcony and she said in Italian “(name of the manager) the customer wants to speak with you” and he replied back “ tell them I’m not here”. After waiting a little a customer that was talking to the waiter started to get involved and proceeded to defend the restaurant (obs: he was friends with the staff and was previously talking to them as they were sat on his table). Then they started to say that it was her problem that she was feeling sick and they weren’t going to do anything about it and that they served the same food that they serve everyone for us. After being very unhelpful, lying about the manager, delivering a hideous service I started to get stressed and up set with them but my bigger concern was my fiancé so I paid ( they didn’t deserve a single penny that was paid) and left very angrily to get medical assistance for my fiancé.More

This is the worst place I have ever been to!! The location is great and this is what attracted me to go there, as it is right next to the Duom, but do not be fooled. The food was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The service was rude,...just awful. I would give 0 star if I could. AVOID!!More

I don’t even know where to start. Three close friends and myself decided to have a drink today at this restaurant. When the bill came we realized that the restaurant is cheating the customers by putting things on the bill that were not actually ordered....After pointing this out to our waiter who agreed that this is something being wrongfully done on a regular to get over on tourist. We then ask for the manager. He also know this was wrong and requested my friend to meet him in his office instead of coming to the table. This request also lacks professionalism in service industry. It was never about the money with us, just the principle of being intentionally wrongly billed at this restaurant. To make matters worst the manager decided to say we were poor and should’ve just paid the incorrect bill like everyone else. Wow!!!!! Wait…It gets worst! As we were leaving after paying…an employees came from the back screaming don’t leave yet the police is coming. We said “sure” and gave her the show she wanted. Police came and agreed with us and that was our experience at this horrible establishment. Don’t support this business they are literally robbing their customers…The end!!!!More

The staff was very friendly. The food was not what you expect from an Italian restaurant, but not horrible. The food is not expensive for the location.

How should I start? "Buon Natale" in Italy = "Merry Christmas" I was happy to see a few restaurants open in Christmas Day. This was one of them. But but but... the food was so so... the service was awful. No napkin, no utensils, &...no small plates for olive oil and vinegar ~ but cold bread was served. We ordered 2 pots of hot tea. The waiter told us that refilling the hot water would cost $5 each pot. But he did not tell us in advance. The waiter also used the dirty napkin from the other table to wipe our table; then put the new napkin on our table. Do you see how "wonderful" the restaurant hygiene is? Then the waiter decided to move a part of our table to merge to a bigger table for the other party. My phone was sitting right on the tables; he dropped my phone without any apology. Everyone saved your valuable time & energy for not going to this place, not supporting, and not encouraging this type of the restaurant.More

Wow. Not sure why but I’m sure a lot more people have eaten here and I’m sure they just see it that there is no reason to keep hammering down on this restaurant. C’mon, the truth needs to be told. This place is awful. So...unreal that this place, Pina, has such a low rating. But after eating here, I think the rating should be even lower. Absolutely the worst customer service of all time. A pot of tea is 5 Euro. And the waiter told us it’s going to cost another 5 Euro to refill that pot with water. Overpriced and the food is lousy. You’re better off eating a cannoli out there at the street kiosk for dinner.More

Very average to bad food. Fairly energetic wait staff. Food tasteless, pre-prepared. Location is right at the corner of the back side of the Duomo, so that was kind of fun. Moderately priced. "There's nothing to see here...move along... you can do better than this."

We ate lunch here as we looked at the menu and thought it looked good, plus it was convenient due to being so close to the Duomo. The food itself was average at best and very expensive for what it was. The staff were okay,...they were quick with the service but not very friendly. I also noticed that the free of charge bread they served came out of a draw.More

We just stopped for a drink after visiting the duomo. Price in the menu was €4, price on the bill was €6 and they added a €2 cover charge - for nothing.. As other reviewers have found, this is a place to avoid. They have...only a single toilet, clean enough, but long queues.More

After this, they ask to pay for pizza that I don't eat even a bite....I beg you to go anywhere else, even a simple hot dog is better than this placeMore

We wanted to sit down at a table at Signorvino, where the price for coffe scekerato said 4.50, but the staff just outside showed us to a table just next door (they acted like it was the same). When it was time for the bill...they charged 26 euro for 2 coffees and a water. Such a scam :’D. View was good though, thats worth a star.More
