The menu is not too long but the quality of food is overwhelmingly good. This is my favourite place in the area. The only thing I did not appreciate is the lack of service attitude. But still I have no problems returning here every time I visit Milan and wish to eat well. And still: it is not too expensive.

We didn't try the main courses, but the mozzarella, bread and pesto was totally amazing! The staffs English skills weren't the best but they were really friendly, helpful and tried. It was so great that we actually went a second time just to have some more of this heavenly cheese!

We were taking a walk through the Brera neighborhood and decided to stop here for dinner. It was pouring outside, so we also wanted to get out of the rain. Nice place to have dinner. There were appetizers on the bar and we were discussing if they were for the customers or just for the bar. It was never offered... More

We have literally just got back to our apartment on our last night of our honeymoon in milan...I can't express how disappointed we were with the service and food at this place..mostly the service if I am honest. As soon as we asked for a table that wasn't shown to us the attitude changed, we had gone there for the... More

Good to see giant vats of creamy mozzarella balls at the bar when we walked in. A very bright, new, and inviting look to the place. Two of us ordered more than we could eat, as we decided to do tastes instead of the normal dinner courses. We ordered the plate with all the mozzarella choices, a meat plate, a... More

We went here with 10 colleagues for a dinner after a long day of work. I like the place. We sat at the high tables in the back and enjoyed an endless flow of almost all dished on the menu to share amongst the group. We did eat a lot of cheese ;-). Food quality was very good, all dishes... More

Staying in Brera

Neighborhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
