the specialty of the house is lobster à la catalana and it looks like three out of four clients order that. The recipy is quite simple: a boiled lobster is cut in pieces and then mixed with camone sardinian tomatos, onion and olive oil. They serve it in large bowls sometime resembling bath tubs and they go well with the... More

The food is good, no question about it, but it falls short of excellent—and prices are steep. For a starter and their signature dish (lobster Catalan style) followed by dessert, I think 60 Euro per head is pretty expensive. This includes wine (almost 20 Euro a bottle) and coffee, but divided by the number of people we were this works... More

Came for lunch. Took a chance without reservations but I would seriously recommend making one especially for dinner and on weekends. Food was excellently prepared but took a bit of time to be served. Not a place for a meal if you're on a schedule. Very very reasonable prices.

I always have frittura misto or astice alla catalana. Both are fantastic. Also the antipasto are awesome, especially ventresca tuna. This place is my second home! When I go back to Milano, I always try here. Unfortunately a pain to reserve, they never pick up to phone ;-)

By far, the best dish served here was the lobster a la Catalana- very tasty, perfectly seasoned with tomatoes and spring onion

this was one of the highlights of my trip to milano. their signature dish is a must try for seafood lovers. apart from that, everything I had was delicious and full of flavour. you have to book in advance otherwise it looks impossible to have a table for dinner (over weekends).

This popular and lively restaurant offers one of the most authentic and delicious restaurant experiences in Milan. A huge chunk of crusty bread on the table, the freshest seafood, a good bottle of wine and a lot of character! What more do you need? Reservations are a must and very reasonably priced.

Il pescatore is a well know restaurant in Milan. Known for it's amazing catalana dish made of lobster, onion and tomatoes is never disappointing in taste. What is disappointing is the staff. They have been regular employees forever and feel that they are in right to treat customers like "folks", despite the pricepoint of this restaurant is high. Meals are... More

This is one of the best seafood restaurant in Milano. You need to book in advnace because it is always so crowded. We loved Catalana a lot. A small place with nice atmosphere.

Il pescatore is my favourite seafood restaurant in Milan. Aragosta alla Catalana is the signature dish. Friendly owner and staff make the Trattoria a very authentic Sardinian seafood restaurant.
