5 stars to this beautiful setting and another salute to the service and the meal. We had pasta ( had to try 2 so the server gave us 1/2 portions) the squid ink and the tortellini. The veal osso bucca. was delicious. Desert trolley was beautiful and a hard pick.

Went to Boeucc on a whim, and were very pleasantly surprised. We had a wonderful evening of leisurely dining, attentive service by Tommaso, and delicious Milanese cuisine. Do not miss the saffron risotto, the monkfish with spinach and lemon butter, or the sea bass with capers. Boeucc is a 300 year-old restaurant within walking distance of the Duomo, and serves... This "Antico" restaurant is wonderful ! A must visit in Milano. It is one of the oldest restaurants still operating in Milano and service high-end Toscana meals.

We saw a very nice menu on the window of this restaurant, but whe we walked in, we received a different menu with triple prices. I asked to get the menu we saw, but 3 different waiters and managers told us that we have to sit in a different place of this restaurant in order to receive that menu. The... More

Looking for a nice last-night dinner in Milan. Unfortunately, it was a Sunday so many of the restaurants were closed. Concierge recommended Boeucc ("Beck"), the 300-year old traditional restaurant, so we tried it. A very nice send off! Reservation at 9:00, and only a few in the dining room. More came as we were leaving, presumably following a performance at... More

This restaurant is 320 years old, so it's quite a tradition here in Milan. It is situated just behind La Scala theatre, so in the real heart of the city, The place is pretty formal, although no dress code is required; they serve the dishes of milanese tradition, from Cotoletta to Ossobuco with risotto, but it's possible to get also... An exceptional restaurant in Milan. The food is particularly good, service immaculate, everything done properly. It was a formal and high level lunch that i had to attend with 2 prominent architects of Milan. We had a nice, quiet, pleasurable lunch with some super tuscans. The squid was perfect, as was the gnocchi pomodoro sauce. I had heard it many... More

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
