Very close to the Duomo so not hard to find. Guy who served me was friendly and welcoming. A wide variety of flavours but nothing out of the ordinary. Has long opening hours which is always a bonus.

Many of the gelatos here are vegan and are so creamy and delicious, without a lot of added junk. The coffee was the best I've ever had, and my partner enjoyed it immensely too. I had my coffee with vegan milks, and usually these options...More

I visited this gelato shop each evening for dessert as it was conveniently located right next to my hotel. The gelato was very good indeed, however, I was limited to only a few flavours as I was unable to understand much of the choices which...More

They had great gelato, it was nice and smooth, the flavors were really strong and I'd highly recommend the pistachio, hazelnut or what I would describe as a cheesecake flavor. Possibly one of the best gelatos I had in italy. I also like their advertising,...More

Ciacco is the kind of gelateria that can easily be foreseen even though it’s centrally located on a street full of attractive cafes, shops and hotels. That is because it’s a rather small and quiet place, without the colorful, eye-catching display of ice cream flavors...More

It´s close to Duomo, so there´s no excuse not to go to Ciacco Gelato. The perfect italian icecream, with original recipes and ingredients. People there are very sympathetic and help you chose among the large variety of flavors. Just go there and try it ;)

I am vegan so I took two vegan flavours and it was very good! I wish the size of the dish was bigger, it's a bit small in comparison to other places, but very good taste and special. Unique ice cream.

The gelato here is amazing. Thick, creamy and just right. They have a broad variety of flavors. Ask for the English menu.

Delicious ice cream, and good service. Upon arrival the staff asked if I wanted to see an English menu which was nice (the main menu on the wall is Italian only). There seem to be quite a few tourists so I’m surprised they don’t just...More
