There is a wait. However, the waiter does go around to serve wine and chips.... then you get to the seafood choices.... that is the toughest! We ended up with a great selection of seafood and a lovely evening!
We were there on a Saturday evening for dinner and it was amazing. You have to bring some patience, because there were many people and we had to wait outside. The waiting time was very enjoyable, we were offered a glass of wine and some...More
Delicious, fresh seafood. The shrimp is tender and the octopus was very good. The place offers free wine samples as you wait in line. There can be a long wait time depending on how many people you’re with and timing, but it’s worth it. Would...More
This is a fun place to eat and considering we don't speak much Italian we were helped by the staff to understand how the place worked. You queue up and choose your raw fish and they weigh it and you add a side. You then...More
As an English couple visiting during a busy lunch period we were made to feel very welcome with translation support from all staff.
You queue up and select fresh fish/seafood, how it is cooked, and side orders/drinks.
You then collect your food within minutes, cooked...More
A lil bit disappointed, it’s a great concept in my opinion, everything is fresh, you receive your order really fast. The problem is they cooked the fish and sea food too long, all of them were dried out. And it’s kind of overpriced.
Everything is in italian. And it is good. Order fish etc. at counter. Get table. Pick up food. Simple and fast. And so is the food. But good. Tuna was slightly overcooked. Scampi were great. Octopus a little chewy but good. Price was fine. Recommended...More
Although the place is a bit self-serve, the staff is lovely and service is incredible. Whilst you wait on queue they bring you wine and chips to munch, making the wait a million times better. The best dish is the tuna tartare! A must! And...More
My father always spoke of Milano having huge fish market and great seafood restaurants for historical reasons. The place definitely matched my high expectations in terms of quality and price. Pretty crowded, even on weekday evenings, with ppl from all demographic groups. Students, young adults,...More
The setup of the place is this, you wait in line, it can take a while, but the line keeps moving, and the staff hand out chips and wine. You get to the counter, pick the seafood of your choice, they weigh it and you...More
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the
view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
