I come here frequently when I miss milanese food, which is not the easiest one to find. The place is authentic and cozy, with a touch of antique which does not bother at all. Food is delicious and authentic (beware what you order - nothing...More

We stopped here to eat dinner just on basis of authentic ambiance and the warm welcome we received. Waiter was helpful, albeit faintly impatient, in explaining the menu (no versions in English) But the food was disappointing. My gnocchi was overcooked and my wife's veal...More

For our group this was a nice change from the usual fare offered by most restaurants. We enjoyed Chicken cutlet topped with ham and melted cheese, Beef in wine sauce with polenta, and Spaghetti Arrabiata. Very good service and seemed like the locals were eating...More

Our hotel recommended this place for lunch and we're glad they did! It's located in the banking district and seems to be a favorite with local business men. Had prosciutto and melon and linguine with porcini mushrooms. Both delicious. Warm service.

Like a lot of places in Milan, under the guise of being traditional it charges quite high prices, the staff are nicer to the locals and the food and wine are average. Long queues as we left. All tourists. Could eat better elsewhere.

Delicious, authentic food. The nicest possible waiter. Fantastic service. I had fantastic mozzarella followed by the trofie a la genovese. The mozzarella was chewy and imbued with milk. The tomatoes were sweet and tough, with a thick fruity skin. The trofie were perfectly cooked, and...More

You won’t leave here hungry. Veal Milanese was a flattened chop that covered the entire plate. Side order of artichokes terrific. Side order of mixed vegetables very good - and plentiful.

This place is an excellent traditional ristorante. The food is straight forward and delicious and the waitstaff is professional and helpful with recommendations from the many menu choices. We had an antipasti sampler, several pasta dishes including a pumpkin tortellini, and the veal milanese for...More
