This cafe is conveniently located opposite the Duomo. As some tourists might agree, it is difficult to find iced coffee in Italy. So when we chanced upon this cafe that sells "cafe freddo" we thought we got lucky. I have attached the photo of their menu that says their "cafe freddo" costs 2.50eur. However the owner charged us 3.00eur. When... More

This small cafe-bakery is located opposite to Il Duomo. They serve lovely coffees and sell croissants, pastries, sandwiches as well as lunch dishes. Both to eat in or take out. Prices are OK.

We loved this little bakery café. They have excellent pizza and even better coffee. Also be sure to try their different croissants (and mini croissants) - they were all amazing. I had to go back to this place during my 3-day visit.

it's not what you'd expect an Italian pizza to look like, but it's hella Amazing!! the place I went to is in front of the Duomo cathedral, they have many things on the menu, but I only had the pizza (several times), it's really rich in flavors and fresh ingredients, also it's a "fast food"style, not much place to sit,... I lived in Milan and I always liked this place. I have visited several times to eat fast and well in the center in front of the Duomo. I came here back also with friends and family, nobody had complaints about. Great pizza, sandwitches, sweets and excellent coffee. The service is always good and kind. They can speak in English.... I recently walked in 7sgiò and found a really really nice environment to have a decent breakfast (cappuccino and croissant/cornetto), Italian style. But this is not just Italian style, this is Milanese style. So if you are in Milan and you want to have the real and unique Milanese experience, beyond the usual espresso head to one of the 2... Was looking for a place that had something light for lunch. Lots of places had heavy meals but this place had nice looking rolls and pizzas. Got a ham panino. Delightfully fresh, light and ever so tasty! Will be back on my next visit!

Just what I was looking for, delicious crusty pizza, good beer served in glass, to sit in the bar or take away (almost no places to eat in).

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
