They do fresh pasta daily. Had spicy pasta as first course, maybe best roastbeef ever as second and a delicious Tiramisu as desert. Not the lightest lunch, but definitely worth it. Recommend to try it out!

This shop/restaurant offers freshly made pasta for retail and also some pasta-based dishes to have in the small restaurant besides the lab. Also some cakes and desserts offered if you stay. Quality/taste for price is EXTREMELY favorable. The restaurant is modernly furnished. On the cons...side, the place is very small and gets crowded at lunch time. Furthermore, even though it's not a snobbish place, I got surrounded by a crowd of the worst species of hyper-snobbish, green-minded people, called 'radical-chic' in Italy - modern, clean 'hippies' with long hair and sandals, dressed in ultra-expensive clothes with a shabby appearance and so on... Food is really good, but go prepared!More

We stopped for lunch at this new pasta restaurant and we came out really satisfied. We had black pasta with bottarga, fusilli integrali with spicy cicoria and a small tomato salad. Everything tasted great and service was quick, but careful. Well done!
