Located just near the duomo, it's a place where you should stop for a quick lunch. Ingredients are fresh and really tasty. Prices are really reasonnable (5€)

We had mozzarella sandwich with olive and the mozzarella with prosciutto. Both were ok. I do not Know how this restaurant is ranked 27th. In Milan. They are far better restaurants than this one.

I don't quite understand the position this place has on tripadvisor. The paninis were fine, but I've had much better in Rome and Florence. I guess they could be the best in Milan, but I still don't see how they could be better than some of the restaurants in top 50. If you want to try authentic paninis and can... More

We walked into G.B. Bar only to be greeted by a very enthusiastic waiter named Umberto. All i have to say is he scores 11/10 for friendly customer service. Superb. He explained the variety of paninis that were available and added commentary about what flavours and fillings to go for. If you are a novice in italian dining then take... More

All sandwiches are the same price, pick the one you like, they are all great! The service is lovely and the Aperol Spritz tastes even better here at the terrace.

Good cafe for someone who eats with his eyes because number of sandwiches, paninis is overhelming and it's hard to choose something. But the taste of it is only OK, number of ingridients rather small so sandwiche tastes somewhat "dry".

This was recommended to us and we had lunch here. It is very close to the cathedral and we visited on a rather dull day. I had proscuito and mozarella which came with delicious bread and the portion was very generous. Would eat here again.

We saw the good reviews on trip advisor and came for a panini to take away. A waiter came and explained each of the different paninis and what would we like in them, they then made one for us to take away. The mozzarella that was in the panini was lovely, Its well worth a visit especially as its near... More

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
