We had a wonderful time at Erba Brusca! We had the 4 course menu and everything was so delicious--I still keep thinking about the panna cotta with roota herbs! We sat outside, and there was a wonderful band to serenade the diners. Alice and Danilo and staff are all welcoming and attentive. Can't wait to go back!

We visited this very nice place on Sunday lunch, when families, couples and group of friends escape from Milan to meet the nature on the southern edge of Milan, along Naviglio Pavese. We came on reservation at 13:40 (10 minutes later than my reservation), but we were welcome with courteousness and we were immediately sat down; the babe with us... More

I went to Erba Brusca a couple of weeks ago. I loved the athmopher in there and i loved even more the food. It was sophisticate but simple at the same time. They used fresh ingredients and had some very interesting combinations of food. We all choose the set menu which it was a surprise by the chefs. (obviosly they... More

Had one of the most delicious meals ever at this small, off the beaten track restaurant in Milan. The combination of herbs the chef uses to bring out the flavours of the food is nothing short of brilliant. There is a wide selection of food for vegetarians, a delightful wine list and a beautiful country-like setting. Sitting on the outside... More

One of the best Milan restaurants "off-the-beaten-track", with an innovative and imaginative cuisine and a wonderful selection of little known, often organic wines. Staff very pleasant and helpful!

We are not locals however we found this restaurant through blog reviews. But, after we ordered the six course meal where the chef chooses the dishes they catered both to my vegetarian tastes as well as my boyfriend's omnivore ones. The quality of the food (with the exception of the frog legs, only cause it was weird) was amazing! It... More

We had the full six-courses "surprise" menu, meaning you are told about each course as it is served. The menu can be adjusted for special dietary preferences, it will remain a surprise as you will still discover courses as they arrive. Each dish is different from the many in the menu. Each dish was very carefully prepared, and served. I struggle... More

I recommend a double portion of raw ham to start with. It is cut by hand, like the best jamon iberico, and it comes from a rare breed of pig (Mora di Romagna), it is intense and very tasty. First courses offer a variety of pasta from spaghetti with bottarga, to maltagliati pasta square with pumpkin, to risotto with red... More

What is amazing of this restaurant is the location. Cozy and a bit outside of the city's confusion. Food is sophisticated but nothing exceptional. Exceptional was the long wait between courses. After 2 hours we only had starters. When pointed out to the waiter, we were treated as we were asking them to rush. Unacceptable.

What a wonderful place for dinner. Met the husband and Wife Chef team. It is labor of love and it shows. They get it and the food is to die for! Lovely atmosphere and while a bit away from the downtown Milan - worth the taxi trip for a memorable evening at their establishment. Have the Chef's selection and let... More
