Went here based upon great reviews, and they were well justified! Had a fantastic meal including a moment when we both realised exactly what risotto was meant to be like (nothing live I've had before)! Great food, great service, helped to choose a wonderful bottle...of wine, and it would be remiss not to mention the tiramisu too. :-)More

Amazing food and experience! Especially loved the tagliere, risotto and ossobuco. We’ll be back here for sure.

We went here on our first night in Italy, brought here by a Milanese friend. It was so delicious we went back on our last night in Italy. This was by far the best food we had in our many weeks' stay in Italy. The...risotto, the osso buco, the pork cutlet. Everything was perfectly cooked and absolutely amazing. The server and owner were very friendly as well. Prices were fantastic for what they served.More

Excellent place and an historic Milanese restaurant, owned by a friendly and interesting woman. Ask her about the place's connections with music. Great food too.

We suspect it can get noisy when full and from other opinions they appear to charge what they feel like... which was also our case but we didn't feel it was exorbitant. Nice rice with fiori di zucca, good ham and melon dish, decent wine...and beer and relaxing venue (it was late in the afternoon and we were practically alone.) Family-run, casual service. We enjoyed it.More

It has just been awesome! The food was delllllicious!! The service was warm and friendly. The venue was full, and thus it took some time for the main course, but it was totally acceptable. It's a small family restaurant, we visited during busy local lunch...atmosphere. I suppose, most of the people were from the offices somewhere nearby. We seemed to be the only tourists. Coffee was great. And tiramisu....More

I ate here recently and was very pleased. The service was very friendly - they didn't even mind that we arrived a little earlier than their official opening time because it was so cold outside. I had a delicious starter with "gnocco caldo", which I'm...at a loss to describe, pasta e faggioli as a primo and then breaded veal cutlet as a secondo. The food was good and was not expensive. The boss even knocked €10 off the bill because of a mistake that they made. If you're in the Navigli area, this is certainly a good place to eat. It's obviously very popular with locals.More

We stayed nearby so we didn't have many choices. We went for a lunch. There was an English menu but a very limited selection of food. so it was so so.

The owner is very very unfriendly! They only have the menu in italian. He is not willing to help youveven if u mention that you dont understand it. If they dont have the dish and u cant decide what u want because he makes it...clear to u that u have to order now and does not give you time to have a second look. he makes u feel unwelcome! He seems very stressed and unable to cope with the restaurant.More

We visited this place with my boyfriend. The waitress was the owner. She was really nice, friendly and helpful. She did not speak any languages only italian so we had some difficulties to understand each other but we could manage it. The wine and the...food was simply and delicious. If you would like to enjoy the tipical italian mood you definitely should try it!More

The food was disgusting - undercooked salty risotto and flavourless ragu. The service was worse. To top it off, we paid for things we didn't even order but were served anyway. FYI the bread, water and nibbles they bring you as you sit down come...to nearly 15 euros.More
