As most of the previous reviews have said, you are greeted by the very cheerful Mamma Lima herself. There were only a few couples in the restaurant on this evening, but the ambience was nice. A pianist was playing some nice jazz standards on a grande piano in the corner, this added very nicely to the atmosphere. I was given... More

From the moment you walk in you are greeted by Mamma Lina, a lovely and warm lady, a few steps later you are in the garden and sitting area, an incredible, cosy and relaxing trattoria. The menu is all local food and home cooked plus fresh local vegetables and the wines were some of the best we had. Every meal... More

We have been Milan for several days and have been looking for that amazing meal. We found it tonight. Mamma made a lobster and short penne with mussels and clams that was outstanding. The best meal in my life. The flavors exploded and Mamna's homemade wine sangria perfectly complemented the meal. Delish! A must stop in North Milan. The service... More

We stayed in the nearby Hilton Garden Inn. If you do not bother to go into town its worth thinking to have lunch or dinner here. The place is actually ran by Mamma herself and her whole family. The atmosphere is quite nice due to that but the place itself felt a bit pale. The food is decent but we... More

At first, we passed Mamma Lina's restaurant and headed to the city center for dinner. On our last day in Milan, we came to realize that we missed a true gem of Italian food and service. Mamma Lina's food is excellent – the best food we had during our stay in Italy! Mamma Lina welcomes you personally and shares her... More

Average food, expected more from a family restaurant. The menu is short as well as the wine list. Prices are ok.

Located outside the city center, this restaurant has a nice atmosphere with a large room with a pleasant fireplace. The food is typical from the Puglia region with daily fresh ingredients. Prices are average, anyway good quality for the money.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. The atmosphere is outstanding. Not a lot of tables which is perfect for great service. Baby grand piano in the corner and a fire going in the fireplace!!! A must on your places to eat in Milan. Located just around the corner from the Hilton Garden Inn.
