I had a beef carpacio as main meal. Most of the table had various tasters of Milanese food, wich they loved. Good historic setting, excellent service and excellent food.

This a very large restaurant but still manages to maintain a personal touch. There are several separate areas for seating and lovely scenic gardens. The restaurant décor is very quaint and it seems to be family run. The food was good and reasonably priced. A lovely dinner in a lovely setting

This amazing restaurant is so out of the way for a topical tourist. But take a cab and enjoy amazing Milanese dishes! Purple potatoes gnocchi with crispy bacon - amazing ! Spinach dumplings- havens! Really nice traditional ambience. Wonderful service. I will eat there again when I return to Milan next month.

La Pobbia is by far one of the best locations to catch up with the traditional Milanese kitchen and taste. A must try are the Risotto Variations. The selections of wines is superb and the services is perfect in advice for the best wine for the meal.

This restaurant is a greal favorite with locals, and we saw no tourists other than ourselves. We had checked the Guide Michelin and found that La Pobbia was within easy walking distance of our hotel. The service is very good, the food only averagely so. The price is definitely right. I had the four-course prix fixe, my wife the three-course... More

We were in Milan for a Congress and we organised the dinner with the customers here. The menu based on Milan cooking was so good and the service as well... I want to come back again to taste other dishes!

Deceptive entrance to the restaurant - looked O.K. but when inside it was very pleasant. The restaurant has been run by the same family for 90 years and we were served by one of the family members - very welcoming, and service was good. I had octopus & tomato to start - it was edible but overcooked. Milanese risotto and... More

Pobbia was recommended by an italien friend who was there before. When we entered we had s good feel as the ritorante looked quite nice and generous. The menue looked attractive and the service was good. The price level (main course from 18 to 28 €) was very reasonsble. However, when the first course was delivered there was already disappointnent... More
