Traditional food, great value for money for the centre of Milan! Seemed more locals than tourists - cosy, relaxed vibe. And my 'bowl' of white wine was very good :)

Very very good! The ambient is cozy, the waiters are really nice, and the food is amazing. I would say that is a typical italian place. Once I ordered eggplant parmigiana and another day I ordered pasta. Both were very good. Something peculiar about this...place is that they serve wine in a soup dish. Maybe it is a tradition somewhere in Italy and I don’t know. To summarize: it is a very nice italian experience to go there.More

The restaurant is located within the city center, the ambiance is cozy, homey and relaxed. The service was very good, our server provided some delicious suggestions. The wine served on bowls, something different and unique. We had the Parma app with mozzarella and arugula, yummy....The lasagne bolognese and eggplant parmesan was excellent, the gnocchi with gorgonzola cheese was delicious. Desert, we tried the tiramisu, its was ok. Overall, the experience was good, the food was excellent.More

The restaurant is not too far off the shopping district and has a nice homely feel. There are seating spaces every scattered around the restaurant whether upstairs, downstairs or along the gangway. The only minor point is that there is only one shared toilet between...male and female where in this day and age I would expect at least one for male and one for female. The food served here is nice and regional with some seasonal selections, there’s also a good variety to choose from mortadella to superb prosciuttos. Wine is served and you drink from the traditional bowls rather than wine glasses which adds to the experience.More

If you are into genuine Home Cooked Italian cuisine, The Salsamenteria di Parma is a MUST go-to while in Milan. The customer service, food and prices were quite outstanding and reasonable... The Tiramisu, is to die for... I was so pleased on my first visit...- on a Tuesday pm, I returned on Wednesday pm, before I departed Milan...More

Great meats and cheeses, good pasta and an amazing tiramisu. The burrata is one of th best I ever had. You get your wine in a cup I would normally serve yoghurt in, which is a nice experience. The staff is lovely and everything is...quick and also quite cheap. I would highly recommend this place. It can be busy but in our experience you never had to wait more than 20 minutes. I would go back whenever I’m in Milan.More

Had an early dinner here with a friend. The place looks small from the outside, but it actually can accommodate quite a no of people inside. The menu has a good variety of local food. My friend had lasagna & I had hunter chicken. We...both found the portion quite big, as we both are small eater. The prices are reasonable.More

place has a cosy local flair with a small but nice selection of regional/seasonal specialties. we had pumpkin ravioli which were very tasty and a selection of three kinds of tortellini (truffles, pumpkin, spinach) equally good.
