After reading reviews on Tripadvisor we went here for dinner one night. It was one of the very few places that we found serving house wine by the carafe which made it a cheaper night out. We had half a litre of white & were glad we hadn't ordered a litre. I had ham & melon starter and my husband... More

Visited Milan last week for a long weekend and as we were on a budget wanted to find places to eat that were reasonably priced. We went to Da Puccini's on Saturday night around 7:30pm and the restaurant was already fairly busy, but enough room for a table for two outside, which was great as it was a nice evening.... More

Visited this place on our first night in Milan as part of our travels around Europe and I was not disappointed. It was recommended by our hotel receptionist. I had a calzone and it was freshly made and very tasty. Service was great as well and the waiter even helped me with my Italian. Would definitely recommend and when we... More

The restaurant was loverly and we ate inside due to outside smoking. We shared the most beautiful Palma ham & melon. My wife had the largest real veal steak you have ever seen & I had a loverly mussels soup. With the pita bread & so on there was no room for dessert.

I ordered a pizza "to go" and was very happy with the fast service and the taste and quality of the pizza. The place was quite and off the main tourist area and wish I could sit there and enjoy some more food.

The food was excellent and the place was full of locals -- a great recommmendation from the get-go. we sat outside and the staff could not have been nicer. It was a beautiful evening and we lingered. No pressure to turn the table and we felt wquite at home. The food was excellent and arrived promptly. Before dinner we were... More

Even though we initially got a slightly unfriendly sever, we ended up having quite some pleasant time. The food was quite nice, I had a pizza and my partner had pasta. A litre of house wine was quite nice too and not too expensive. The new server called tony was even more brilliant. Loved his small talks and gave a... More

We went for dinner here after reading reviews on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. Our waiter was very friendly and recommended us the daily specials that were not on the English menu. Having only ordered main courses, we were surprised by small and tasty complimentary aperitifs as well as limoncello and amaretti biscuits to finish off the meal. The portions... More

We had a late lunch here and went for the traditional risotto Milanese con ossobuco and the cotoletta alla Milanese. Portions were quite generous. Staff were friendly, good service.

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
