The 1,500+ ranking of La Fettunta shows the flaws in TA. It's not touristy. There is no English menu and yet the food was better than superb. I stumbled in for the best pranzo I had in 3 weeks. The milanese cutlet was the size...More

Had lunch here while staying at Santa Marta suites nearby (one of the very best boutique hotels have ever stayed at!). Traditional but top quality restaurant. Fresh pasta, imaginative and top class. Wife and guest had vegetarian/fish meal and raved about it (wife is super-critical...More

After a long day of shopping, our hotel referred us to La Fettunta. They helped us with our selections as our Italian is lacking, dinner was wonderful, house wine is great, 2 people, 4 dishes, espressos and a bottle of wine, under 50 Euro. Staff...More

La Fettunta (Tuscan for a slice of bread with olive oil on top) is one of those timeless trattorias you never tire of. High turnover, low prices, great food, good wine, low prices, it's the ideal place for a quick (or maybe not so quick)...More

Perfect staff, really polite and helpful. The atmosphere is really nice and cosy. The food is of great quality. I was with some friends and we spent for more or less 20€/person. It is in any case a disappointment.. Don't miss it out.

We where the only foreigners. Great Italian food filled with love. Had the bistecca in green pepper sauce. I found it great. We sat next to the supplier of the fish and the supplier of the meat. They told us what to order. I would...More

Don't we all like the idea of discovering somewhere good that's known only to the locals? Unfortunately La Fettunta isn't it. It's true that almost every other patron seemed to be a local, but they didn't seem to be there for a relaxing dinner, just...More

I have eaten here many times, both lunch and dinner and all the meals have been fabulous. Service is excellent and prices are reasonable, especially for central Milan. Great fresh ingredients prepared to a high standard with good choice of local wines. Highly recommended.

Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient
days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar
to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the
Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are
two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande.
The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk
with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes
in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns
