Stopped here to get a coffee and a snack as were just walking past. On entering it was like walking back in time as it had an old world feel about. It has been around since 1909 and its main claim to fame is that it is the custodian of the original panetone recipe. Coffee and eats were great as... More

Nice, old & traditional bar, great place for breakfast with delicious pastries and usually perfect italian coffees.

We came early and had to wait for our rented car. A local gentleman recommended this cafe. The place looks like an early 20th century place, with walls covered with dark wood and impressive chandeliers. The cappuccino was a real first class Italian coffee. The croiassant wasn't that good, but acceptable.

We walked quite a bit to reach this quaint little cafe! The coffees are very good and the pastry's even better! Got an assortment of biscotti with the coffees which were very nice! Worth visiting when in Milan..

Hm where to start. The staff seemed to have had a very bad day. The entire time I felt unwelcomed. I ordered tea and cake both didnt have much taste. Wouldnt recommend at all.

We were initially drawn in to Taveggia as we were told it was one of Milan's oldest traditional pasticcerias with an atmosphere to match. The location is a short walking distance from the fashion shopping district so it is very convenient for visitors. We stopped in for a light lunch and coffee/pastry. Our first surprise was that very little pastry... More

The place looks nice, but the pastry was just so-so, nothing I would have gone back for again even if the price was reasonable, but 10 euros for a tiny pastry is really outrageous. I can't imagine how much it costs if you sit down in this place.

I'ts a traditional café with patisserie and aperitivo. People come there in the morning to have their coffee at the bar and return there after work to have aperitivo. Even if it looks very chic from the outside, people don't sit but stand at the Bar or at the Window so that it becomes very relaxed and unforced. I like... More

The atmosphere is really nice even if service is a bit snobish in a way. Food and sweets are really good, very traditional. Definitely advice their Panettone!! And also coffee is good. It is considered as one of the best pasticceria of Milan, worth a try.
