Mamma Oliva is one of the many few good restaurant that remains open during August holidays in Milan. We ordered pasta with pomodoro and speck and there are no words to describe how delicious it was. Also the wine rice and the starters were amazing. I think any dish at this restaurant is a good choice and the servers are... More

I came to Mamma Oliva twice when I was staying in Milan. You meet many locals there and the choice of pizza and pasta is really good. They offer take away and sell some things like very good olive oil, too. The seating is nice and you can come here for lunch as well as for a nice dinner with... More

I went to this place with a friend living in Milano who recommended this restaurant for their napolitan pizzas. And I was not disappointed ! The pizzas were both crunchy and soft, the ingredients used were of good quality. My favorite pizza was the one with the spicy spinach and sausage. Chocolate cake and tiramisu were great. good service. Pizza... More

My wife and I came to this restaurant (suggested by our bed and breakfast manager) the night we arrived in town. I could make this a very long review about our waiter (RODRIGO) but I'll try and keep it short. First, the food was amazing...great pizza, great wine, great tiramisu, just great. Well priced too! But Rodrigo made us feel... More

My boyfriend and I arrived a bit before noon, not knowing that they didn't open until 12. The staff graciously sat us and attended to us anyway. We tried the buffet and got to sample a bunch of delicious dishes. But the outstanding item was the pizza, crudi al capri - so, so, so delicious! Everything was delicious and was... More

Me and my boyfriend went here for Lunch, the location is convenient since it is not far from the train station. The place looks really nice and they have a good variety of dishes. I had a salad with apples, olives and cheese and my boyfriend a burger with fries. The food was fine, nothing spectacular either. I expierenced the... More

The food was good, not great. We enjoyed pasta and pizza. Both were good, but there are far better places to eat in Milano.

I had dinner in Mamma Oliva with a friend. The wine was good and the atmosphere was as good as it gets. But, the food was not at all what we were expecting.

I really love this place. It has a beautiful atmosphere, great food, in particular very good Pizza and very nice meat dishes, combined with a great choice of decent wines without being too expensive, even if the quality-price ratio is not as some other places, as some of the dishes are on the high side. But it is definetly recommendable,... More

I have dined at "Mamma Oliva" several times both with family or friends. We had been advised to try this restaurant by a Neapolitan friend living in Milano. The quality of the pasta with which the pizzas are made is excellent ! Quick and polite service, pleasant Neapolitan atmosphere.
