Get a real feel for Milan here, with the bustling little shop. The queue can often look really long but you get to the front very quickly. Without a doubt, worth trying a panzerotti (especially one of the savoury ones) as they are very cheap and not like anything you will have tried before. Definitely would recommend.

The first thing we ate in Milan, and the one that left the biggest impression! Try the baked AND the fried panzerotti! We liked the fresh bread on the baked version, but everything is delicious fried. We really appreciated that we were able to both have lunch for less than 10 euro! Try the chocolate dessert as well- delicious!

If you are in Milan you have to try this. This place serves panzerotti, which are basically baked pastries stuffed with cheese, tomato, salame and all sorts of clasic italian ingredients and flavours. It is located near the Duomo and Ciocolatti Italiani, my favorite ice cream place in Milan. The only downsize to this place is the amount of people... More

Worth a trip! One of the most famous take away food shops in Milano. It tastes like a doughnut style dough not sweet filled with tomato and mozzarella cheese. Perfection do it!!!

The line seems enormous when you get there, but it is amazingly short and the food amazingly good and inexpensive. Perfect for a quick bite near the Duomo!!!

Located in the central heart of Milan, just 200mt from the Duomo. The panzerotti are superb and chip. (250€). Don't get scared about the line outside, it will be quick

Luini is the most famous "restaurant" in Milan. Close to Duomo and rinascente, the place is full of people on the lunch time. For sure it is on the list most need to go in Milan. Always full and people and you can see all eating outside the place.

Went here for breakfast yesterday. A wide range of goods, the staff are friendly and queues manageable. Really tasty food, I had a mozarella and chorizo, girlfriend went ricotta and chocolate. Excellent quality, not expensive. Knew nothing about this pre-trip but a really good little find

A friend recommended Luini to me and fortunately she also warned me not to get scared off by the queue. She was absolutely right: when we arrived, there was a long line waiting but I think we queued for less than 5 minutes. The line is efficiently managed, the prices are very reasonable (especially when you consider the location) and... More

The lines are manageable. But I am not sure when it come store the peak tourist season. The food is worth waiting. Serving staff are courteous and quick of the mark. The savoury Panzerotti is a type of puff, samosa or gyoji. The savoury ones has pizza ingredients while the sweet ones are lavishly packed with sweet fillings/toppings.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
