We have been in Luini at 12 a.m. and there was a quite long queue but as all Tripadvisors' advice, we begin to wait and only wait like 5-6 minutes. Our choice was their best seller panzerotti with filled ricotta cheese and spinach. The price was 2,80 EUR so it is quite economic if you would like to have a healthy warm snack. The taste was not crazy fantastic since it is worth to try once.

I see a lot of comments about the lines, but the lines move really fast. I ended up having to only wait a few minutes before reaching the counter (it always help thinking of what you're going to order and scope out your choices). I went twice on different days and had no problem ordering. They have sweet and savory options. If you're going savory I recommend the mozarella and tomato panzarotti. Each time I went it was fresh out of the oven. The sweet ones were also delicious and came in various flavors. I will definitely be visiting again if I go back to Milan

If you looking for a quick bite to eat. Luini'sgot you covered, situated 2 minutes walk from the Duomo and centre of Milan this is the perfect place to take a food break in between site seeing or shopping. Luini serves up the staple of Italian fast food, Panzerotti, these are essentially small deep fried calzone. Absolutely delicious, it is a hugely popular spot with locals and tourists and is a must go when visiting milan. The food is cheap and delicious. Seriously. 11/10 Amazing

Great place to have a bite on the go. Or take some with you if you’re going on a flight like we did 😆. On the day we were there there was a constant queue so we also placed ourselves in line quite early to make sure we grab something before having to go to the airport. We were so surprised to see that in 2 minutes or so we were already ordering our food. They are very good at managing the queues which we really appreciated. The panzerotties are also quite good and filling especially if you’re super hungry from a day walk in the city. We did hope that they would be something quite special from the reviews and the constant queue which we can’t say they totally are therefore not the full five star rating. We had the fried savoury panzerotti and one sweet panzerotti. We enjoyed the savoury ones more. So all in all a good choice if you’re looking for a snack on the go.

Fast, delicious, quality snacks with helpful, patient staff. We had been told about Luini’s and told not to let the queue put us off. True to our tour guides word the queue went down astonishingly quickly and the menu was displayed in both Italian and English. We were served quickly and the two savoury baked pancerotto I had were enough to fill me up at lunchtime while I sat on the steps of the Duomo in the February Sunshine. Plenty of delicious filling in my pancerotto and wonderful Milanese architecture were all I needed to recharge my batteries. Luini’s is a delicious, reasonably priced snack in a high end, tourist area. We’ll worth a visit.

Delicioso! A famous local joint and a must when in Milan! They call it ‘deep fried pizza’ and it is like a pizza pocket with the delightful bread consistency of a Krispy Kreme glazed donut (but savory instead of sweet). Don’t worry about the long queue. It goes super fast. This is a stand-up takeaway place. No seats. Our Milanese friend suggested to take the classic tomato sauce and mozzarella because that is what the locals go for and they sell so fast and furious that they are always served fresh. We were not disappointed. Went back 3 times during the week!

Luini is incredible. A quick calzone is fluffy, flakey and delicious. They also have vegetarian and dairy-free options of both savory and sweet. Check hours because they close early, so go for a quick meal or snack.

Located just a short walk from the Duomo, you will know when you are near when you hear the buzz of excitement. The concept is quite simple choose your panzerotti sweet or salt, baked or fried, choose your drink. Cheap and cheerful and quite delicious. Don't be put off by the long lines as they move very quickly and then join everyone else in the street and tuck in to your delicious treat and if like us washed down with a nice cold beer.

Queues at lunch time with Milanese who love greasy fried bread with greasy cheese and greasy speck.. Heavy sweet pastry with chocolate and orange for dessert - not my thing.. Not for me but may be for someone else. Worth trying once I suppose.

When first visited here, it was amazing. It was massively popular with two queues outside. There was even security to manage the crowds. The panzerotti are reasonably priced at 2.50 to 3 euro each. There is a choice of baked, fried or sweet panzerotti. Main issue is the lack of attention to detail with orders. Last time, they got my order wrong even though it was ordered in Italian and pointed at the sign too. Unfortunately, as they all look the same on the outside, you don't know its wrong until you bite into it. The time before that, they had hardly anything left yet did not take down the flavour signs. As they all look the same, you feel silly asking for ones on display, then being told we don't have any of those left multiple times. If it's no longer available, then take down the sign until you have that flavour available again. This poor service may be the reason there were no massive queues anymore as service and quality have dropped substantially over the years. The food is still good though, so feel free to give it a try.

We went to gelateria and saw huge line of people waiting for Luini and joined them to try. The line is really fast and that was okay, but once you enter they have ready to serve food and disappointment started from there. The appearance of food is really poor, huge amount of oil is over the product, the size is really small and taste is really something below average. We really suggest not to waste time, but if you still want to try, take only one for a bite.

Reddit people told me about this place so I decided to go there and try food, because all other place was to expensive to eat. After I got there, was a line but it moved fast so there was no problem with it. The food was delicious, fair price I recommend all of you go there if you want good, cheap food in Milan center.

Very disappointed in our experience. We were able to walk right up to the counter and order both savory and sweet bites. The server was annoyed we didn't know exactly what we wanted. And, after every item we ordered she asked in an exasperated tone if that was it. The amount of bread relative to the filling was unbalanced - too much bread. We really wanted to love this spot but the savory pockets were cold. I had seen pics of the savory options with melted cheeses and drizzled look. Our experience was nothing close to that, the room temp luinis were not good.

Absolute must if you are in Milan! Other than gelato, I think this was my favorite. I tried the tomato/mozzarella Panzerotti and it was only a few euros. It was delicious. I can't even describe the dough (crispy on the outside but soft and warm on the inside). The queue moves quickly but try to go at unusual times since noon is busy.

The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
