Queues at lunch time with Milanese who love greasy fried bread with greasy cheese and greasy speck.. Heavy sweet pastry with chocolate and orange for dessert - not my thing.. Not for me but may be for someone else. Worth trying once I suppose.

Best panzerotto in Milan. We tried the original version in Puglia, but the milanese are great as well.

Take away place to get Panzerotti, apparently a typical street food of Milano. Recommendation by my friend who is a local. Many people waiting outside but the line went fast. You can have it fried or baked. Also options sweet or salty. Very fast service....But no place to eat so we just ate while standing outside. Nice quick snack.More

It’s delicious and very well prepared. The price is ok and it’s a good choice for a “fast/quick” and good food. The best panzerotto I’ve tried in Milano.

Best panzerotti anywhere. Cheap eats at least in Milan near the Duomo. Great for an afternoon or mid morning snack

Reddit people told me about this place so I decided to go there and try food, because all other place was to expensive to eat. After I got there, was a line but it moved fast so there was no problem with it. The food...was delicious, fair price I recommend all of you go there if you want good, cheap food in Milan center.More

Panzerotti are not a Milanese tradition, but with Luini around they very well may be. I have tried some panzerotti in Puglia, where they originally come from, and they're not even close. Long queue all the time though.

Located right behind the Duomo, this place is usually packed. I had a panzerotti with cheese and tomatoes and another with ricotta. Both were really good. Highly recommended.
