Can't go wrong

Great food especially the mozzarella starters with meats. The Lasagnetta as a prima is huge, it's also absolutely delicious but I didn't eat it all. Service is fantastic and if you sit outside the view over the Duomo area is amazing. Highly recommended.

I've been to the one in Rome and the food here is always good. This location had a nice buzz during dinner and the view of the duomo is very nice. A good casual place to unwind with mozzarella, salami and various cold cuts and a salad. Our salad was a bit wilted though - that's my one gripe. Service... More

Obica is one of those places I have to go to every time i'm in Milan. It's a great variety of food (I assure you anything you will order is great). Although it's always packed the service is great. I love love love this place - super delicious every item has been created to perfection and is always served right.

The food was absolutely amazing. We stayed in Milan for 4 days and ate there 3 times! Really tasty mozzarellas! You must try the burrata and the stracciatella! Really fresh ingrediences! The pizza has really taste dough and the pasta is really fresh! A must go! It's a little bit expensive though.

Great place great view for a spritz, food though was disappointing. Value for money quite low but sometimes the atmosphere is more important than the meal, specially at Christmas time

Great food and gorgeous view of the Duomo. Cannot be more central than Obica at the Rinascente's top floor. If the weather is nice you can lunch on the terrace outside even in winter time.

With the restaurant's location on the terraces of the busy La Rinascente department store which overlooks the magnificent Duomo, dining here was an experience by itself. Service was very good with the waiter being attentive to our dietary restrictions( wine & meat free). He even made some recommendations that left us very satisfied with our menu choices. Their pasta dishes... More

LOCATION: I'd read about Obica, located on the 7th floor of the La Rinascente department store, in a travel article and decided to give it a try. ATMOSPHERE: Contemporary and airy, this casual eatery had seating both inside and out on the terrace, which was heated. Perfect for the colder months. It's location across from the Duomo offered great views.... More

Fantastic variety of food on offer with incredible views outside on the balcony bars. Sushi through to tapas, through to sandwiches through to cheesecake. All types of food and drink and gifts on offer including sweets and chocolate for a few euros through to water at 300 euros. YES, you read it correctly, a bottle of water, 750ml for 300... More

The staff is truly unfriendly and looks exhausted. The pizza we had was cold and tasteless and a friend of mine wasn't able to eat the Lasagna he ordered at all. You'll basically pay just for the view! such a waste of location

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
