This restaurant is located deep within the Grand Hotel Dino Baveno, literally down the last hallway, hence the name 'Last Hall'. It has an excellent atmosphere, wonderful and interesting decor which includes several tables set within hanging 'baskets'. The staff was extremely attentive. Our dinner started with Hors d'oeuvres "Piemontese" style. I choose Ravioli filled with Ossola cheese and spinach,... More

We ordered the veal. So disappointed! The veal looked and tasted like thinly sliced Boarshead turkey. Brought it to the managers attention , frankly , didn't really care. Plenty of other great restaurants in Baveno or on the other island. Don't bother going here.

We had a wonderful lunch here in Baveno. Our servers, Giovanni and Davide were terrific. The food was great and the pacing was relaxing and not rushed. We had the Caprese Salad as our appetizer and we had the Cream of Tomato Soup and the Tagliatelle. Both dishes were great.

I enjoyed a lowly dinner at the Last Hall. It was suggested by hotel staff for a birthday celebration dinner. It didn't disappoint. The menu was more European than Italian. Service was fine

What a meal we had in this elegant little restaurant. The food, wine, service and ambiance were excellent. Every dish was beautifully presented and fabulous. You must eat here. You won't be disappointed.

the food was tasty, though I am not entirely certain that it was worth the price. children dishes were not presented in the menu, but ask for them- simple, tasty and less expensive.

We enjoyed a perfect dinner in one of the cubicles. The food was a blend of classic local and Italian, presented in a modern way. The lamb was to die for!

Visited with family in a a group of four. All dishes were executed well, with unobtrusive service and a decent wine list that could be enlarged. We left feeling satisfied and well fed. The lamb main hits the mark leaving your tastebuds yearning for more. The egg shaped pods added a hint of quirky design flair. Recommend without hesitation if... More

Located in the Grand Dino Hotel this restaurant is a great find for those looking for a more intimate dinning experience. Booking is essential. Warm and welcoming with a great wine list that compliments the food. Ate here twice during a five day stay and had the best Piedmont fillet steak I have ever eaten.
