Booked ahead as restaurants were all busy and sat outside on terrace. Husbands meal was very good - veal cheeks I had the seafood ravioli which was well filled and tasty but just luke warm and would have liked a bit of sauce with it....We shared a starter of tuna which was good. Good house wine so all in all a pleasant meal. Service was good but yes they could be a bit more personable!More

The reustarant is overpriced . Service etiquette is missing . But they charge me for service 6 euro !! I ordered tortilini with skalop they brought 4 small tortolinni. No cheese no silt paper was offered .More

Best restaurant in Sirmione! It was so good that we went 3 times! We had the chance to taste different food that they served. All were excellent! Meat pasta or fish all was fresh and well cooked! The food was delicious, the staff were very friendly and attentive and the wine very reasonably priced but excellent quality. I had the spaghetti with prawns and lobster which was delicious and my wife had a pasta dish with tomatoe sauce and cheese which was...equally good. We noticed the restaurants' rating on Trip and decided to try. One of the meat dishes we ordered was not eatable and we had to complain. Only after two requests from the waitres, the manager came to us and took the dish. Nothing special and for Italy under avarage. We had 2 Pizzas and i can tell even i cqn do better. They were hard like a biscuit but at least the toppings were fresh and good with a creamy Mozerella and omamic meat. Waiters are just...normaly friendly not Italian overfriendly. Prices are like in other touristic locations not very high but definitely not low. Overal as the 16th best rated restaurant in Sirmione very disappointing. Six of us had an excellent lunch on the covered terrace of Il Girasole.
