I was here last week with my daughter and her fiancé. I read a few reviews and one that struck me was that there was no dress code, but not dressing up would be awkward. That is correct. My daughter and I were in casual sundresses. Her fiance was in shorts and collared shirt. Everyone else in the restaurant were... More

Restaurant in the hart of Como, it was walking distance from our hotel. We were not told there was a dress code, but still had the feeling that it would have been awkward to have dinner in shorts for example. We loved the food, not Michelin starred gastronomy, but really, really good authentic Italian food. The sort of super thin... More

La Colombetta is an excellent family run restaurant. Many dishes are traditional from Sardegna as that is where the owner grew up. Great service, quiet and enjoyable. Excellent wine list ... pasta with truffles, excellent fish ... Great meal from beginning to end.

The restaurant was quiet for a Friday night-it deserves to be a great deal busier! The location is great-on one of the pedestrian shopping streets, light and airy with high ceilings and good air coniditoning on a hot evening. We were greeted by a very friendly Itlaian MD, originally from Sardinia, who gave excellent advice on some Sardinian wine to... More

This restaurant was recommended by our hotel and was a great choice. Too bad we had had a late lunch, so we weren't that hungry. The restaurant was an old church that had been remodeled - but they left old pieces of the original ceiling to reveal the old frescos. Very cool. The space, the food and presentation were beautiful... More

Myself and a friend had lunch in this beautiful Ex Church turned into a restaurant. It was a very quite day so we had the restaurant and attentive service to ourselves. If you need to count your €s then it's not a place for you. It's not that cheap but worth the experience. We had the mixed seafood entree which... More
