Staff was talking about us not realusing we could understand them. The waitress was even more terrible. We wanred te pay but she said doppio, later. We asked it again and had to wakt a long time. When she saw we had to leave she...took action and with the most unfriendly face she letcus pay for our drinks. Terrible staff,. Hope the owner reads this review. Comically rude staff, very slow service. Certainly one to avoid. Tables were left uncleared and other guests had to search for someone whom which to order from.

We stopped here for some food and to complete some work on a laptop with the WiFi when the WiFi at our accommodation was down. We had a mozzarella and tomato panini and spaghetti pomodoro. Lovely food, location and great value for Bellagio. Would recommend.

You can’t miss it under the arcades right in front of the débarcadère. The setting is nice but the food is very average.

We sat on the front and had two delicious soy milk cappuccinos and a pistachio croissant. The young boy who served us was very hospitable. A lovely start to our day in Bellagio!

This is all about the location and despite all the negative issues raised by others, worth a visit for a spritz for that alone. Get off the boat and enjoy the sunshine and the view before returning to your hotel or exploring Bellagio.

Our orders were swiftly taken after we were seated with the waitress handling our requests for slight changes very well. Drinks arrived quickly, followed by our food after about 15 minutes or so. A little pricey, with 3 panini, a hot chocolate, beer & a...coffee coming to 30 euro's, but the food was nice enough, though it would not have killed them to provide some mayo, or even butter on the panini. Fortunately all our fillings were moist enough with plenty of fresh salad to cope with the lack of it. Overall reasonably pleasantMore

We just got off the ferry and were looking for a nice place to grab Lunch. It‘s located right infront of the lake so we decided to go inside. It took some time but then a waiter came to take our Order (Tagliatelle and Lasagna)....When the food arrived it looked okay but the portion was quite small. Then we ate and were really disappointed, even told the waiter that it tasted as if it was warmed up. To our surprise he said „Yeah it‘s frozen food that we warm up“ and reffered to the tiny information at the end of the menu. Even though the wine is good, don‘t bother to visit this place.More

Stopped in twice during our day trip on the ferry around Lake Como. First for a coffee, then again for a snack lunch. The coffees were a cappuccino and a latte machiatto, both tasty and strong flavoured at a reasonable price, bearing in mind the...fabulous location looking down the lake. We came back later for a small(?) lunch of delicious meats and cheeses with bread. One serving was too much for the two of us, but much enjoyed! Added to that the staff were really pleasant and helpful.More
