Superb lunch with great service and good wine list. Of particular note were the fiori di zucca and lake fish degustazione antipasti dishes (both superb!).

The four of us stopped here for lunch. The restaurant was amazing. The waiters took great care of us. The food was so delicious. We ordered oysters and carpaccio to start and they were so good. The oysters were in a delicious creamy sauce and...the carpaccio had shaved truffles over it and local olive oil 🤤. Then we had the gnocchi and prawns. Omg they were so good. The gnocchi melts in your mouth and the prawns were meaty and delicious. Then we ended the meal with the seabas. Saved best for last. It comes out in a salt crust and Mirko (our amazing waiter) cracked the salt shell at our table and deboned the fish and plated it for us. It came with tarter sauce and lemon sauce 🍋🤤. Omg it was the best fish I've had in a while and the sauces were amazing. Everything homemade, which why we had to order the Tiramisu, which was also amazing 🤤. We were in a food coma after this incredible lunch. The service was impeccable. Mirko and his colleagues made us feel like we're family. Mirko had an amazing sense of humor, we really enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it. If you're ever in Bellagio, this place is a must. Words can't describe our experience and the taste of everything.More
Good risotto and spaghetti vongole. The dessert, a Zabaione, was one dimensional with bad presentation. Not the level we expected.
Went without reservations and they were able to seat us in a lovely area overlooking the terrace. Very crowded, but the service and food was excellent. Regional dishes and the house wine was amazing. Will definitely go back. I suggest a reservation. Don’t chance it.
1. Poorly managed - we tried to book in advance and were told reservations weren't taken, to just arrive early. We arrived early and were told that we needed a reservation. The manager found us a table but the staff were clearly not pleased. 2....Not authentic - this us a tourist restaurant. Don't expect to see repeat customers and locals. 3. Unwelcoming - we were rushed through service, with very little ceremony. I ordered a large glass of wine (my wife is pregnant) and was given a tiny one. I pointed this out and they were not happy repouring the right amount. We were not given plates or butter with bread. We were given the primi and secondi within 10 minutes of each other. 4. Poor value - we had a shared starter, 2x gnocchi and 2x mains (no sides). 1 glass of wine, a bottle of water. We usually have coffee and dessert but the food was poor, so asked for the cheque. It came to 140 Euros. Wayyyy more than this site suggests and wayyy more than much better meals in Como. If you got wine, coffee and a shared dessert this place will almost definitely charge you about 120 per head. 5. Not great food - the mains for 25 to 30 Euros were small and greasy. The veg accompaniment was a few potatoes and strands of boiled leaves. After eating we both felt sickly. Again, this was partly because we were rushed, but also because of the food. We had high hopes, based on these reviews. I'd strongly suggest walking to Le Pergola or La Punta instead. You will not regret it and will get a much better experience. Anyone scoring this place a 5 should do the same. Note: we flagged the above and got money back for the greasey mains. But I still felt robbed paying 100 Euros for the experience.More
Please don’t let previous reviews regarding service put you off!! This was a lovely little restaurant that we managed to be squeezed in last minute by calling. The waiters were both so welcoming and attentive, checking in with us and offering extremely helpful advice when...it came to ordering (there is so much choice, you will need some help!). They were also so appreciative and made such an effort with us despite it being fully booked and jam packed. The food was incredible, we had a starter and pudding to share and mains each which was the perfect amount. Not too rich or stodgy - so delicious! And all topped off with some limoncello, who could have asked for more?! If we had more time, we would 100% return as this really is a hidden gem that we stumbled across. The service, the food, the atmosphere - we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much for having us!More
Grazie Emma!
The food was good but we felt very unwelcome. The waiters were unfriendly and we had the feeling that they want us to leave. We ordered a bottle of red wine together with the gnocchi but the wine came later then the food. We asked...the waiter again and they said the wine needs to „breathe“ before they can serve it but the bottle came closed… by that time we had almost finished the gnocchi. The location is nice and also was the food but the service is terrible and for this it is way too expensive. We wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. There are better ones in BellagioMore
Terrific food and top-notch service. It was the only restaurant we returned to during our visit in Bellagio. We loved the house wine, gnocchi, risotto, and veal scaloppine. Highly recommend!
Nice terrace and food was ok, but what spoiled everything is the attitude of the single waiter they have He is very arrogant and seems to be angry and short tempered, he seemed to unhappy we where there, my be he did not like the...way we looked ( we are not caucasians) Prices are high and the menu is very limited, Bellagio has much nicer restaurants, choose somewhere elseMore
Highly enjoyed our dinner! Decent wine selection. The waiters were a bit of the "old school" types which made it fun and entertaining. Although the food wasn't the best that we had in Bellagio, the overall experience was positive.
Grazie mille Flab19!
Delicious beautifully presented food. Very experienced staff made us feel very welcome and we had an excellent evening.
Grazie Rachel!
We had a wonderful meal here. The service was incredible and the atmosphere lovely. The food was terrific -- especially the ravioli and the scallops with polenta. And the prices were quite reasonable (especially by Lake Como standards). Highly recommend!
Grazie Matthew!
Last minute and lucky to get a table since no reservations; will do next time... If you don't know Tagliatelle Norma it is the best Eggplant sauce ever ! Service was great and we were not rushed despite the busy dinner hour..... Great atmosphere !
Dined at this restaurant at the recommendation from a wine bar I had been at previously. Did not have reservations but arrived right when they opened and was able to snag a table. If you want to go any later in the evening, definitely make...a reservation. The upstairs was beautiful and the food was delicious. Nice wine list!More
We had an excellent supper here on a recent trip to Bellagio. The setting is great service was excellent and the dessert a sort of apple pancake was something else. Would definitely visit again if in Bellagio.
